Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesConfusing entrance. It’s not incredibly well marked. The entryway on Union is barely noticeable due to the Tim Hortons being right next-door. It’s easy to miss in pass by.

United KingdomYes, I agree with fellow guests that the decor is not very modern and some pieces of furniture may need an update, but that really did not matter for me, I was looking for a safe and convenient location.
Two members of staff were super helpful and one person did not know the answer to my question about transport but was honest and apologetic about it. The gentlemen whose name I did not catch, sorry about that, was very helpful with the earlier check in and that was exactly what we needed. There was a coffee vending machine and ice machine which helped to re-energise us. The location was great for us, Depew Buffalo train station and public transport to Niagara Falls nearby (this one is for travellers who are not in a rush, the busses run every hour). TV and WiFii worked well. Hotel was close to simple food options.

Conveniently located for our purposes. The front entrance was not working. Even the manual handles broke. The room was comfortable and clean. The towels were soft and fluffy. The value was excellent for the size and comfort of the room.
