they made us pay a 45$ as a “travel fee” which wasn’t mention in any of the articles about the hotel. so be aware of that while comparing with cheaper options.

I was charged 36 dollars on top of what I'd paid previously because I'd "booked through a third party". No other explanation given so another rip off, I assume.

Our room was not ready and we needed to wait a bit. Nothing crazy and staff was super smooth and communicated very well, making us feel confortable.

Staff was great. Overall the stay was great. As advertised and close to everything. We didn't to drive to go to many of the attractions.

Our room was right next to the front door so we could hear all people coming in/going at all hours of night. It wasn't the cleanest and didn't feel the most secure because our door was right next to main door. The breakfast buffet was also super lame- just cereal and bad yogurt, with some dry toast. I was expecting a little better but there was nothing fresh.

The staff was nice and the pools were great.

Good hostel. The place is really cute with the pools and hot tubs. The room itself is quite small. We were only two in the room which was great.

Not too many in beds in the dorm room, and the beds were quite comfortable, more so than other hostels i have stayed in. Free tea and coffee in reception. Good options for lounging about by the pools.

Room was a little iffy, but the beds were clean. Tv was mounted in a weird spot. We had bunk beds and the tv was mounted to where no one was able to see it. Had one roach dead on the floor. Thought the fridge didn’t work at first but it’s just a loose wire, was able to figure it out. Thankfully we’re young and it didn’t bother us too much. We were on the ground floor facing the road. My mom who stays here often didn’t have the same experience, so maybe it was just a fluke of a room.

It was in a good location, walking distance to duval. Pool had a good amount of chairs and the check in area was clean. Bed were comfy and clean. Warm pool was perfect and the hot tub was HOT.

Honestly this was not my best experience - not sure what took so long but I got my keys just at 4 pm despite the fact I supposed to stay in a hostel room (how long does it take to prepare 1 bunk bed - 5 minutes?). It was obvious that I am treated like someone that did not pay for overcharged double room. I would not recommend this place just due to that fact.

The room was rotted, little (fly)worms in the shower, not enough hot water. We had a better room 2 years before. Bad smell in the room, all windows where looked. No way to get fresh air except opening the door.
