How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The doors and windows didn’t seem well insulated and sealed. We are near a hospital and could hear all the traffic, sirens and noise very clearly.
Good location, we came for a concert at the fair grounds. We walked there within 10 mins.

The outter stair way was dirty and falling apart

The floor was not clean under the beds. Lots of hair was not my color.

Location convenient, but traffic noise and sirens approaching hospital were distracting for sleep. No elevator!!! Third floor stay was rough on a knee getting surgery in 3 weeks.
Comfortable room and bed/pillows. Nice features. Location convenient to fairgrounds and highway.

Traffic noise. Lots of sirens, because the hospital's just a couple blocks away.

Floor was not cleaned socks got very dirty ,no ice and no breakfast
Top floor,didn’t smell and very clean except the floor I would request top floor again because the room was in better condition .it may not get used a lot. Lower floors are easier for elderly or people with health issues

I didn’t like the loud cars outside but nothing management can do. But I don’t think I seen any soda machine there?
I liked the room layout. Everything worked. Also I liked the window shade or blinds. This was my favorite motel room that I have ever stayed at. I will definitely tip front desk and cleaning personnel next time I stay.

Door lock didn't work and I was originally on 3rd floor. Hiked up and down 2x and then was relocated to and floor. Night clerk was very apologetic. Pillows were pretty worn.
No breakfast? Saw a coffee urn. Good location and parking was plentiful. Good sized TV with free cable options!

There is a lot of road noise because of it is on a main street and close to the freeway.
This property has recently been remodeled, so it nice and new. It's conveniently near the fair grounds.

I paid for the hotel through the app. I was deceived on the spot, saying that a deposit in the amount of a daily payment was supposedly required, which would be returned within 5 days. I paid for the hotel twice and they didn't return anything to me and refused! Disgusting

Faint odor when initially entering room (like cleaning products after someone was smoking in the room- quickly got used to it and didn't notice, but an unpleasant first impression). Bathroom was small but functional. Doors face out toward road directly, some amount of road noise.
Nice staff, reasonable price, comfortable bed and nice to have mini fridge in room. Good heat/AC control in room. Nice that they allow pets, and there is a small grassy area beside the building that makes it easy to take fido out.

Local Police like sounding their sirens at al hours of the night. TV didn't work, coffee maker didn't work, hard time getting the room to heat up.

Constant noise from the highway nearby. It was horrible. I wouldn’t be able sleep if I didn’t wear my earplugs

My windows didn't lock. I went and asked for a window stick and was given one. It worked out.
Nice front desk staff. Clean room and grounds. For some reason I thought this was a hotel, not a motel type. Maybe I misread the picture.

3 floors with no elevator. Place a bit rundown. Rooms clean but puppy managed to find 2 small toys, paper scraps under the furniture. No potty area for the dogs, not a blade of grass.
Staff were very nice and friendly. Beds small but comfortable.

Located quite close to a freeway so background traffic noise was noticeable but not too bad.
A modest motel but it was clean and comfortable for our one-night stay. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed. Everything worked well particularly the air conditioning, television, and coffee maker.
