It was old and run down. There was a used soap bar in the shower and spider webs and leaves under the chair. My room stunk of old stagnant cigarette smoke. The fitted sheet had old burn marks on it. The refrigerator didn’t keep my water bottles cold. Or freeze my cold packs.

There were no bugs and the bed was comfortable and clean. Great price for a quick overnight while traveling.

Floors hadn't been mopped or swept in a long time. TV was out for the first 3 days of my stay. Staff was rude. No pillow case on my pillow

We went to our first room and the tv was broken along with the heating/ac unit and hotel phone. The room was also not truly clean. There appeared to be make stained or cake on the bed cover sheet. There were no pillowcases. Just the zippered pillow covers. After changing the room as the broken items did not allow any comfort for the evening (it was warm in the room and the tv was not available to drown out the road noise). So we go I to second room. It had great working ac and a tv that worked so that was the plus. This room also had no pillowcases and dingy pillows. The pillows were either covered in stains or make up (I sprayed everything with Odoban/lysol to add some comfort. Also the floor was not swept as there were wrappers and food crumbs on the floor under the bed platform (a platform about a foot off the floor with the mattress on top). The sink counter had food scraps and the sink had toothpaste from the last visitor. The tv stand had gunk on it (I wiped everything I could). I did clean and Lysol things as we usually just find a quick and cheap place along our route when. We travel. The last thing is the breakfast. They had a waffle maker so I was hopeful for at least one decent thing in the stay. The waffle batter seemed a bit thin, but I figured maybe a different brand than other hotel/motels. I put it in the waffle iron and allowed it to cook for the set time. It didn’t look cooked enough so I gave a bit longer. Outside was cooked and inside was gummy. One bite and I decided I should have stuck with going to grab breakfast along our way home. I hate leaving a review like this, but I wanted to give an accurate description of what our stay was like without any sugar coating. I would suggest that if you need to stay bring cleaning things just in case.

The front desk person was nice and friendly. It was right off the highway as we were staying the night to get back on the highway in the morning.

staff was very rude, didn’t care to hear anything you had to say, they just want you to pay and move along. stayed here 6 nights, not once did house cleaning come by. Actually, i asked for a broom and was told to go get it. He had no trash bags to give me, either. I booked thru booking.com and paid 100 security deposit, yet at checkin, he was asking for another $50 deposit. There’s small roaches in the room, the floors were dirty and needed mopping, the property is dirty (glass or rocks and cigarette butts strewn all about just outside my door - another area i swept myself.) Oh, and the breakfast…waffles, cold cereal, maybe 3 bagels & 3 muffins put out. The coffee, the only thing I trusted to consume, I was told they had but i would have to “warm it up in the microwave.” The only ppl that gave a warm smile the one time i ran into them by chance the whole 6 nights i was here, is a non-English speaking couple who came by to clean a rooms after they checked out. (I’m guessing they’re not sweeping even though I saw they had a broom with them. Clearly.) Anyway, that couple should be the ones at the front and those young ppl at reception (the standoffish ones), they should be the ones cleaning! Point is, I will never stay here again. The price was reasonable for the 6 nights, and i need to book another 6 nights - but it won’t be here, that’s for sure. I don’t appreciate being disrespected after i chose YOU out of do many others. I’ll be staying 6 nights with the competition. (Not to mention, i’m bringing family up to visit andrea will need to rent 7 nights. But i’ll be making sure not to have them stay here, that’s for sure!)

Found a used bandaid in the bed. Prior travelers left a used washcloth in the shower. Breakfast was not up to par. I was there for 4 days and nothing, but mini muffins were stocked. Nothing but milk to drink.

The location was easy access to the locations i was visiting. Especially since I am not from there.

It was too noisy and the traffic was too loud from the highway. The ice machine was broken and I had to go to the gas station for ice. If it wasn't so noisy I would have scored it higher.

Required a $50 deposit for "damages." Yet no one inspected our room upon departure. Bathroom was in desperate need of renovations. Steps to room were out of alignment and I nearly tripped.

The floors are disgusting. I've never stayed in a hotel with no carpet in the room. The vinyl flooring looked like it's never been mopped. Bring slippers! The shower wall around the shower head was completely discolored a gross brown with cracks in the wall. The grout around the tub was black.

The bed was decent. Sheets looked clean.

The showered spayed on the floor when taking a shower and the door appeared to need to be shimmed, all in all it wasn’t the best hotel experience but I wasn’t expecting much for the price

Holes in the wall and bathroom door where they had been vandalized. Drop of blood on wall in bathroom. Dirty floors and walls. Slashed window curtain. Missing iron. At 8:00 am, the breakfast bar was gross and sloppy and the food almost gone, but instead of cleaning it up and restocking the bread and muffins, the desk clerk argued that there was plenty to choose from. I will not be back.

I asked for a non smoking room. The room had a terrible smell. It was pretty bad. Had it not been so late and I was so tired I would have left. The bedside lamp and plug were not working neither was the switch by the door. I almost fell twice in the tub. The tub is a fall risk to guests it was very slippery. The included breakfast was subpar. The coffee was terrible. This not the Ramada inn I’m used to. The rooms were not as nice as pictured on the website. The place looks shabby.

They are going thru renovations so I guess that was part of the reason. But could do better in a lot of places but once again a bang for you buck. So I won’t complain. Didn’t see any bugs or anything.
