Being as I booked with booking my stay was suppose to be 10.01 but instead I was told that was an error so I had to pay higher. A stay that was suppose to be 10.01 was 94 total

Dirty bathroom, stained blankets n sheets, no toilet paper except teeny bit on roll, no kleenex.. had shampoo but no conditioner. haven't cleaned behind low dresser.. went to plug something in behind it and loads of dirt..paper.. q-tips.. debris behind it. Yuck! front desk guy was ok but didn't seem to want to make things right in the room. Welcomed pets but no grass or area for pet walking.. on a very busy street. Pay more..stay elsewhere.

The room smelled like "old hotel" when we went into the room. We put the A/C on full blast and it helped. The lighting was dim, and the carpet had spots. The bed was "ok". There was an old-style telephone in the room and it was filthy. The bathroom had 2 tiny soaps and 2 styrofoam cups, so no shampoo, etc.

DIdn't eat breakfast. Could tell at check-in that it probably wouldn't be worth waiting for. The bathroom seemed to have been re-done. The shower seemed new and the floor, as well.

The property seemed to be a residence for locals and not really comfortable for travellers. The card lock on our door would only open about 10% of the time.

Rough location. Breakfast was bare bones basic, orange juice was fermented. Beds were OK, spreads had holes, tepid water in the shower/bath.

The pillows were hard, beds were uncomfortable- not enough plug ins for anything- only one package of coffee in the room- towels weren’t big enough to go around you- let alone dry you… very disappointing

Nothing- turned out to be a dive- killed hornets in our room- didn’t have an easy turn on shower- didn’t have a pool- the breakfast was a joke- total bummer!!

We booked two rooms. One room did not have either a microwave or a coffee maker, the other room had both??? Our room had a small shampoo bottle provided but it seemed to be left over from the previous occupant as it was only 1/3 full.

You get what you pay for. This is a clean, newly renovated motel and the least expensive in the area. I would rate it a good value for the money. It seems to have been recently painted and was in good condition.

The room was the filthiest I’ve ever stayed in. The smell of cigarettes was in everything. The rug and chair cushions were stained filthy (see photos). There was long black hair attached to a used bar of soap in the tub. To top it off there were 3 bottles of Coors in the fridge. We’d started calling for motel rooms in the afternoon, but if there’s a sporting tournament or concert in Fargo, motels fill up early for miles. But, this motel had a 7.8 out of 10 rating! We were lucky to get a great room at midnight, we thought. Family or friends must be boosting the motel rating! We didn’t stay for breakfast. There were 2 little tables that sat 8 in the office/breakfast area. The only thing in the glass front fridge was an open gallon of milk. There were also off brand boxes of cereal on the counter. I asked the manager for a refund and he grudgingly agreed. He asked why I didn’t say something the night before. I’d walked partway to the office to see a “CLOSED” sign in the window and everything was dark. Turns out there was a 1/2” diameter buzzer I could’ve rung, but got discouraged when I saw the darkness. I’ve never left a bad review for a motel. I feel bad doing this, but I would never want anyone else to have to stay there. See photos, but you can’t get the full effect without the cigarette smell.

I appreciated that the owner/manager refunded my $150.

The room was clean. The proprietor/manager was friendly and hard working. The outside is not fancy, but functional. I didn't have the continental breakfast; choosing the recommended neighboring Dakota Farms (the "riser" breakfast) instead, which was great. Although on a Main Street, the area was quiet except for occasional sounds from the railroad yard across the street. But it wasn't bad. Location was great for me, as it was just a right, a left at the light, and 7 - 8 miles to Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park, and Bismarck is close by.

While I was checking in, the man excused himself, went outside, went into the room he was going to give us, removed a candle and took the candle to a different room. He then returned to continue checking us in. We go into the room, I sat on the bed and quickly realized the poor quality of the mattress and the smell in the room was intense and repulsive! My husband said let’s go, it was physically making him sick! It was awful. I had made the reservation last minute thus it was non-refundable so we didn’t even bother asking for a refund. All that mattered was getting away even though it cost us $140!!! If you have pets be prepared to have to walk your dogs between the hotel and the street to go behind the hotel to get to a grassy area.

The outside appearance of the property was fine.

the spa tub was awesome for our sore muscles! The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our TV was not hooked up correctly and wasn’t working..he came right over to assist us, and it was fixed in 5 minutes!
