Just know this is an older facility- mostly updated beautifully.

The balcony: evening sunset & morning coffee. Perfection. Slept with the slider open. :) Loved the beach access. Hot (and cold) breakfast buffet in a large sun-filled room.

The room I received wasn't exactly what was advertised here in the app. I would be sure that when you're seeing pictures of rooms with bathtubs and views when you're booking and you're thinking that's the room you're going to get that you confirm with the hotel after you've booked.

The View was incredible, the staff were exceptional, the continental breakfast was great with a decent variety, and the facilities overall could have been a little cleaner, but I would not describe anything as "dirty", there were just some things like behind the TV stands and beds and little tight corners where you could tell things have gathered over time as they don't quite get attention but this is also not a facility I would expect those things to be that clean at. Pool hot tub and sauna were all very nice and clean and the beach access was excellent but not accessible for any people with issues climbing lots of stairs (~70 iirc)

The breakfast was not very good. They used powdered eggs and nothing gluten free for 2 of us. The price was more than their walk in price. We paid $265 a night and the price for the walkin was $225. They would not give us the discount because we had booked thru Booking.com

The place is over-priced for the type and condition of the property, size of the room, quality of the breakfast. Breakfast offered several choices, but all of low quality, except for the coffee which was good.

Location right on the beach; however, in order to get to the beach you had to go down on many stairs, or drive a couple of miles to an easy access area to the beach. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were pleasant. The room had large windows facing the beach and we were able to watch the sunset.

Location....the picture window in our room overlooked the beach. Lovely to sit on comfortable chairs and watch the waves. Also hotel access to the beach. Walkable to restaurants. Breakfast was quite good. Would recommend.

i absolutely LOVED waking up to the ocean view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves and fresh breeze and i loved how we can’t open the windows fully it made me feel more safe. And the pool was AMAZING i was able to swim back and forth in laps and live out my mermaid fantasy by the ocean. Me and my partner went here for our two year anniversary and we are most definitely coming back for more occasions. The free breakfast was amazing as well, a great way to save money but also be satisfied. Leticia was amazing and was quick on stocking up items that were getting low. Their mini gift shop also had a great selection that was not overwhelming! The location is great as well, very close to the outlets, the main beach entrance, convenience stores, and a great affordable gift shop for souvenirs.

That the windows weren't allowed to open just a tad more..

I loved that the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time being in Lincoln city and loved that they had a grill and allowed us to use it. Loved the pool time for adults and loved how close it was to the beach .
