There was a slight odor in our room-not sure what, but each time we entered the room it was noticeable.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner-enjoyed salad bar! We did not stay for breakfast, but took coffee to go!

There was a persistent smell of marijuana smoke in the hallway which infiltrated our door, so that we spent some of the time with the window open so we could have fresh air. It was supposed to have been a non-smoking facility in its entirety.

I would say the plumbing fixtures could use some updating. Water pressure in the shower was low and the water also didn't drain well.

The hotel was nice overall and served its purpose.

My experience at this establishment was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room and had to request to be moved to the correct one. To make matters worse, I was charged extra despite already making a payment for my stay. The staff blamed the issue on the third-party booking site, claiming it wasn’t their fault the proper details weren’t communicated. This excuse did not make the situation any less frustrating. I will be following up to see if a reimbursement is possible, as the poor communication and handling of the matter left much to be desired.

This was our second stay at the Wyndham in less than a month. The price and location was perfect was us, but the bonus was Margie! She was our front desk person and she was fabulous! So nice and friendly! She made our stay wonderful!

Pool and hot tub hours were 7 am to 11 PM. Hot tub was undergoing maintenance at 7:45 am. Because of my other commitments, I was unable to use at any other time.

I did not go to restaurant for breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfy.

The staff weren't very friendly. In fact, at one point I waited for 10 minutes or more, even asking another employee if they new where the desk people were. I finally knocked on the door that said Staff Only before someone came out.

The room was close to the front desk and we really liked the "patio" outside the room.

Check-in clerk didn’t do all the paperwork she should have. Therefore we didn’t know where the pet walking area was. When we did find it there were never any waste bags for pet pickup. Our room was not serviced because we have a dog. We removed our own trash and exchanged our towels each day with the housekeeper. Once I talked with the manager,on the 7th day of our stay, we set up a time to clean the room. There was no continental breakfast.

Good location, very nice room and mostly wonderful staff. Enjoyed the pool.

A stranger was able to walk into the building, and happened to push same Elevator floor 2. He asked about the three cups of coffee that I was carrying were mine. This man walked behind me, turned when I did. I stopped walking, letting him go by my room 211. He walked to the end patting his pockets. I continued to watch as he then walked through the stair Exit. My roommates encouraged me to call the front desk, which I did.

The room I booked wasn’t the actual room that the pictures showed. There was no mention about the 20% deposit that would be charged.

It was Christmas Eve. When I checked in, the gal at the front desk could’ve had a little more enthusiasm for my or anyone’s arrival. having worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I understand repeat business is key.

The place was very nice. Lots of parking. Check in was painless. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Water was very hot for shower.
