Very spacious and nicely furnished with a range of appliances. Nice location with easy access to restaurants and supermarket. We rented both places. Upstairs and Downstairs.

I didn't care for paying for the dryer when that was a listed amenity available. The washer was free, but the dryer was an old time dryer you had to insert quarters into to use.

I loved the outside garden scape and, how clean everything was. The amenities were modernized and everything was just a pleasant experience all around. Would highly recommend and go back myself.

We were a little concerned that it was close to Cocoa (saftey rating 2/100), but it was in a neighborhood of well-kept homes, and we felt safe. View of river was across street past a big building and throughsome electricwires, but the porch was llovely.

Everything was brand new, clean and very tasteful. It was a luxury apartment. When we came back at night, the garden was lit with festive lights. -- better than expected.

The tumble dryer costs 1$ in quarters which is very inconvenient when you travel without cash because nowadays anything can be payed electronically. The AC is a bit loud in the bedroom.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has a modern look. The bed is comfortable. You can feel at home. Sitting on the porch with a slight view on the river is great, too. The house is equipped with a security system which makes the stay feel safe. The washing machine can be used without an additional fee. Check-in was easy and the hosts respond pretty fast to any questions.

Indeed, it is a newly renovated and very nice apartment 👏. A king size bed plus a sofa bed. Excellent!

There wasn't anything that we did not like, but a few suggestions of maybe a larger mixing bowl and beach towels.

We liked the conveniences of home all in a wonderfully set up apartment. It was very comfortable. It had a wonderful deck to sit out on, plus a patio with a picnic table. We loved walking along the river and witnessed a rocket launch! That was so amazing. The locals are extremely friendly and the neighborhood is wonderful to walk through at any hour. The hosts also were readily available if we needed something, great communication.

The only thing I can think of that could have been improved upon was the fact that it was an upstairs unit. I'm not as nimble as I used to be. I have some difficulty negotiating stairs up and down.

The apartment was very comfortable and furnished with everything we needed to be able to prepare our meals. The bathroom was well-stocked. The bedroom was fully furnished, very comfortable and had plenty of storage space for our belongings. Overall, it was a very positive experience to stay at the apartment, and a refreshing change from a generic hotel room.

The finishes were high end and beautiful. It had everything I needed and I would definitely book again. The Avocado Tree was cool. The adjustable bed was a nice surprise. 2 big TV's that stream my channels was another plus. The train whistle could be heard as it passed the Rockledge Station and I had breakfast at the Whistle Stop Cafe and photographed the sunrises when I could. I sat outside on the balcony during a rain storm and listened to the Church Bells play. It made a great video. Cocoa Village was awesome.
