Parking was VERY tight. There was plenty of parking but it was so hard to get in & out of. Also, it was not walking distance from anything really. Plus we had to kill a lot of ants in our room (everything was really clean, there were just a ton of ants somehow).

We liked the reminder texts, the quick service when we could not get our door to lock (they immediately came to fix it), the kindness of the staff members, and the night security.

Room clean and updated. AC blasting and strong! Breakfast of coffee and bagel was convenient for my coworker. Front desk personnel were thorough and professional. Door code made for easy checkout. Pool area was nice break from the heat.

The room (109) had a musty smell. The door code at check-in was incorrect. The room didn’t have a hair dryer or basic amenities like complimentary water or coffee. It was noisy — lots of street traffic sounds. I don’t care actually about sound but I mention for future customer. Housekeeping came too early (around 9:30AM), knocked once, and didn’t return, so the room stayed uncleaned. Room change was requested but not possible.

WiFi, Location, Staff, Pool. Adele from El Salvador and Casey at the front desk were especially helpful and kind. They made check-in and other requests much easier. Really appreciated their attitude and support!

Pretty much everything, the rooms were clean an spacious, very comfortable. Location is great at only 20 min from the International Airport and plenty of eatery and bars around the area. The pool area was very nice too.

The rooms are a bit bare and could use an update. Also, be aware that the second floor does not have an elevator (although, our request for a floor room was accepted).

Good value for money - suitable location, easy access, free parking and amazing atmosphere. Huge bonus was the pool with plenty of sun beds, you can also stay longer if you are waiting for your flight. And surprisingly thei offer free bagels and coffee in the morning (even though there is no other breakfast included).

First of all, the location is great, right in the middle of everything, the rooms are very spaceous, they have a pool, complementary breakfast and parking on site which is great if you rent a car, also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don't have a dislike, I just think it could had been more cleaner - I don't recall but one time someone was cleaning the units, but no one knocked we just heard someone outside and it was a cleaning lady, she gave us towel & wash rags.

I like the quaint style of the hotel, it was something from 50, 60's era yet it was current in 2025. I enjoyed my stay. We were on lower level and it was very quiet, got a lot of rest and it's right close to Route 66 Taco restaurant which was delicious. The nachos are amazing and very filling enough for two. We met a family celebrating his daughter's 40 birthday and they shared a meal with us, it was catered in the courtyard was great wholesome fun. I never had vegan ice cream but they rented truck and it was delicious. It was in downtown area of Miami, can't wait to return. Would stay again. The bed was comfy, the ac not too much but we didn't need it. We had free Netflix and TV worked great. Wifi was good too. If you are in Miami, I would choose the New Yorker! Close to everything!
