We were able to request the same great room where we stayed at before. The rooms are large and comfy. The breakfast was excellent. And the staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we're back in New Smyrna.

Tom an excellent chef. Breakfast was an adventure! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the secluded deck surrounded by a forest of greenery. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very comfortable with access to a nice porch area with a porch swing. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The substitute hostess, Susie, was a delight. I would definitely stay again.

Great location to explore New Smyrna Beach and the shops and bars on Canal Street. Highly recommend the corkscrew cocktail bar and their $5 margaritas. Quaint old school charm, seaside / mermaid theme , immaculately clean. Good sized room and friendly hosts with the pancake breakfast!!

Just got back from a weekend getaway here with hubby. We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and immaculate. Beautiful landscaping and the rooms are very clean. The owners are very kind and accommodating and really love what they do. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings. Perfect location as well. Walking distance to several good restaurants and shops and in a safe location. We will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean and nautically decorated, which we loved! However, there was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature. So... when we first got to our room it was kind of cold, but then, in the middle of the night the temperature in the room was warm and kind of uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the ceiling fan!

The place was just as described by Booking.com. It is a nice and cozy place with that "Welcome Home Feeling" to it. Nothing fancy, but very clean and welcoming. I liked the fact that it offered plenty of outdoor areas (nicely decorated) to relax, enjoy and just hang out. A very relaxed atmosphere! Tommy, the owner - was a very nice, down-to-earth person that makes you feel right at home from the very first time you meet him!! THE BREAKFAST - Well... it was "Amazingly Awesome" more than what I expected. A Home Cooked Meal at its best!! The tables were nicely set up with everything needed for a wonderful breakfast - From the tasty parfait (fresh fruits, yogurt & granola. Mmmm!!) to the amazing homemade pancakes, homemade syrup and sausages, Delish!! My husband loved the part about the dining area being accessible all the time (day or night), stocked with homemade cookies, chocolates, chips and drinks. Tommy and his wife, Liz, are great and personable hosts that make you feel like you are friends visiting their home instead of customers staying in a hotel room. Thank you, Tommy and Liz for a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend!!

The air conditioning can’t be controlled by guest so one day the room was freezing. Owner was made aware of the situation and properly fixed it.

Pretty house and great room decor. Owners made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was very tasty and healthy. Friendly people and warm welcoming.
