United StatesHad issue with TV but they fixed it after I called they said they would send someone but I had to go to office to remind them. Couldn't get the tub to keep the water in. It might be me not used to the lever but I was too tired to ask. And the layout for the tv, microwave, mini fridge was odd. There was a small shelf over the microwave and a bar to hang clothes but it drapes on the microwave. TV is not in the center of room hard to see from the beds

United StatesThe exterior could be upgraded with relatively little outlay by using some innovative LED lighting to give the appearance of a more modern establishment.
The location is not all that convenient to Midway, nor can the neighborhood be described as upscale. The low rates reflect this disadvantage, along with additional cost to a traveler for Uber fees. If driving a car however, this could be a very good option. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was spartan, but clean, with the bathroom recently renovated.

United StatesBoth of the bed comforters had at least 5-7 burn holes everywhere some huge too, a couple long curly jet black hair made up in the sheets of bed, lipstick stains on pillow cases, weird black stain on sheets of other bed, the shower had purple/black mold looking spots on floor, smelled of urine, huge stains on chair & chair on wheels, located on first floor when I booked for second floor. Slept on top of comforter, son wouldn’t stay in room so he guarded the door. I woke with tons of red bites all over legs and arms.
I like the name, too bad I couldn’t relax. The gentleman in the office was super friendly & nice!! It was easy to miss the entrance but there were other ways of entering without it being an extensive re-route.

United StatesThe cost for a motel was insanely high. We paid $500 for 3 nights stay which is pretty absurd for having no amenities. Additionally we had to settle for a smoking room, which was BAD. All of us woke up with coughing and stuffy noses, it’s not possible to open the windows, and the ceiling light did not work. We probably will look for other locations next year due to the price and lack of amenities.
The location to the festival (North Coast) is perfect for us. The room & bathroom were in pretty good shape! The little fridge was nice to have in the room.

It was horrible and the staff was very rude and disrespectful!! They sold my money and the ac didn’t work it wasn’t clean I would never book again with these ppl and I don’t advise no one else to do the same l!!! They live in the property and they watch the camera and so see who coming in or out they charge me extra 48 dollars for my friends to stay. The wife caught an attitude with me cause they sole my money. Very rude disrespectful dirty disgusting people!!!!
