United Statesa second chair would be good, a room with standard beds would have been more comfortable (but that was my error for requesting queen beds ) An Ice bucket would be good.
This was a basic room, no phone , no tube ( just a shower ). The room was clean and the beds comfortable, but were really too large for the room. There was no ice bucket and the night clerk just gave me a bag to hold ice. I would not stay there again. The breakfast was a "grab and go" and was not bad. The morning Clerk was very good and helpful.

United StatesI alerted the staff to what the situation was when I got there. The TV really wasn't working well. It had a black line going vequickly. But it would produce a picture but they needed to replace the TV. I let the staff know also. You had to run the water for at least 5 minutes to get hot, the shower took about. Almost 10 minutes to get hot. Also, the shower door needed another magnet. Because the door would not lock while taking a shower. Also, on the bed stand, they needed to replace a light bulb. I let the staff know that as well.
The room was clean it was comfortable the bedroom was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and very professional.

United StatesThe site said there was a pool there isn’t. My door was hard to open I had to mess with it every time I went to get in and try it a few times. The coffee pot had no bottom to place the coffee in but all the things were there to make the coffee. I asked for the room to be serviced it never was.

United StatesThe woman working the front office is extremely rude, I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. It was a last minute stay and when booking it stated that the motel was pet friendly. During my stay I was locked out of my room until I paid a $20 pet fee in cash mind you, then had to take my dog somewhere else. Which wasn’t a big deal, but I don’t appreciate being treated like I was sneaking my pet when I was under the impression that this was a pet friendly establishment. Communication is key and customer service is definitely not their strong suit.

United StatesThere was only one bath towel in the room, I had to go to desk for the second one. Room could use a paint job, the silvering is coming off the bathroom mirror. These are only cosmetic, but the water pressure in the shower was lousy, either low pressure or the shower head is starting to clog.
Staff was very pleasant, room was clean and the bed was decent.

United StatesOnly 2 pillows, the shower floor was peeling. Double bed could have positioned in the middle of room so that both sides can get in and out of bed freely. Said free breakfast and didn't see a thing, if there was food somewhere we weren't told about it. The bath towels were small and scratchy.
The bed was comfortable, and the a/c worked well. TV and frig also worked well. Pool looked nice.

United StatesPulled in and there was two police cars taking care of an issue, staff at desk were very nice and helpful. But there was a shouting match with so many F*** you being screamed that it made for an uncomfortable feeling from the start. Light was out in the room, had to get fixed, TV did not work and had to wait for a new remote. Really uncomfortable experience.
