The wifi reception is not that good

Very cozy and clean place. It had a gorgeous view. Also close to town but secluded area. I would recommend staying here for sure. Our family enjoyed it .

This place is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for us. Short drive to Townsend and pigeon forge. I had a question and received a response immediately. We will definitely be back. This place had everything we needed and more.

Parking spaces

The only issue was.parking but we had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and provided all amenties.

The Location was perfect! Close enough for convenience, but far enough away for peace and quiet! The condo was clean, homey and the view was great! It was a very relaxing place to hang out at the end of the day!

I loved everything about the property! It was very beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable and the price was just right. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The 2bd room condo looked exactly like the pictures and was more than enough space for my family. We truly enjoyed our visit and will stay here again when we return, if available!

The pool and hot tub were not clean, so we did not use them, even though that was one of the things we were most looking forward to. Also, you should not advertise the "game room" as the foosball table has broken men and the air hockey does not put out enough air to keep the puck floating.

Our toilette handle broke day two and I didn't have a maintenance number to call. It would have been much better to have a number posted some where in the cabin for things like this. The hot tub jets didn't work in the master bathroom. The Cabin owner was polite but very hard to get a hold of.

We loved how clean and cozy the condo was. It was decorated adorably. We loved the woodsy, cabin décor. The beds were very comfortable. The view was AMAZING!

it was very quite. Off the strip so was able to relax like we had planed on doing. Awsome veiw of the mountains.

The condo was not as clean as it should have been. One of the beds had dirty spots on the sheets. We had to wash the sheets and pillowcases. Someone left cigarette buts in an ash tray on the veranda. (None of us smoke, they must have been from the previous occupant.) We didn't have enough toilet paper or kleenex in the condo. We had to grab some from the pool room bathroom. The towels were small in the second bathroom. We were unable to use the hot tub in the pool room. It was an odd green/yellow color. The chlorine smell in the pool room was so strong it burns your eyes. I was told someone was repairing it when we departed. This was a nice condo but the maintenance needs to be improved.

The condo was beautiful and in a good location. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge area. There is a grocery store just down the road. The livingroom furniture and beds were comfortable. Awesome view of the mountains. I would stay there again if the cleaning crew did a better job.

The lack of cleanliness.. there was black mold in the shower and the whole place was very dusty. The floor needed to be mopped and the kitchen counters had crumbs and sprinkles on them when we arrived.

It was in a great location, cute and cozy. The shower heads in the bathrooms were very nice and the beds and couches were comfortable.
