There's nothing I didn't like.

Loved how open and spacious it was. My kids Loved the game room. The host was amazing very responsive to my questions let me extend the reservation and threw asking for my dog to join us last minute and they also made that possible.

Honestly? Nothing. The only thing I can suggest is. Anne bring the grill inside so it’s not as ‘used’ looking. But honestly, that’s nitpicking. I can’t find a thing we were turned off by. It was a great stay!!!

The hottest water was only warm, even after running it for some time. Master bathroom has no toilet paper holder. Perhaps this new reno just didn't get that done yet? While there is a lovely big sectional by the TV, that is the only comfy seating. A soft chair would be nice for book readers. Also in the lanai, even some basic patio chairs with some back support would be helpful.

The home was spacious and had good outdoor space. It was clean and recently renovated and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials if you want to cook. I would stay here again. It was in a great location near the springs and restaurants.

The neighbors have a Rooster so if you’re not an early morning person don’t sleep in room with 2 queen beds because you will hear him clearly!

The house was easy to find and in a nice location . We stayed only 1 night but the beds & room were comfortable, clean and spacious for the family. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee with creamer. The home is close to shopping and entertainment. We ate at Crackers restaurant outside on deck, we all enjoyed it.

Water doesn’t drain from bathtub, allowing only 1 person to bathe. Back porch not really usable (weathered and dusty but nice table and benches. The water dispenser on fridge door, it’s tricky not to drip water on floor. The ice dispenser flap froze up and blocked the ice from coming out but I was able to remove all the crushed and solid ice by hand

The home is comfy and welcoming for a great stay at the springs. It’s well stocked with amenities and the owners have thought through how to make your stay enjoyable. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and convenient to get around. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Nothing! The one tub doesn’t work well (showers are fine, just not baths) but that was it. We loved our stay and wished we’d had another night.

House is beautifully decorated and well set up for rentals. It was easy to find everything we needed. Kids loved the games room. Beds were comfortable. The location was great and quiet at night.

This rental house is exactly what we needed for our family of six. We needed to be close to the springs for an early morning tour and we couldn’t find a hotel that could fit all six of us together. Instead we booked this house that gave us plenty of space, close access to the springs, a kitchen to cook in, and a great play room for the kids!

Location was great! We did a manatee tour and had other friends close by. The house was very clean and comfortable. The game room was a plus for the teens and older children. Everything was listed on how to work things and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding if needed. Would definitely stay here if returning to area and have recommended to others already that are traveling to the area. I also think the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Very little. One bedroom light fitting was loose ( plugs had pulled away) and one plastic pipe sheered in the games room.

Exceptionally well planned accommodation with tremendous facilities as described. Well sited with many Crystal River facilities just around 10 minutes away e.g. manatees, boat trips, traditional breakfast diner, Publiks (for stocking up). The weather wasn't ideal, so we found the games room ideal (useful ping pong kit) and the Roku TV meant that apps could be easily accessed. Parking in the drive also very helpful. While we were a small group there would certainly be room for many more..a real bargain.
