We had amazing experience staying in this apartment! It was a perfect 10/10 - exactly as described. The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, making me feel right at home. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was also very accommodating and provided all the information I needed for a smooth stay. We will definitely book it again in the future. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

There’s nothing I didn’t really like about the property.

Very private and secure guest house. With the whole place to ourselves, we felt like we were coming “home”after a long day out and about. There were games in a cupboard, ping-pong table, and a Jacuzzi, so there was plenty to keep the whole family occupied in our rest times.

After many times visiting Los Angeles, Greg was one of the most charming hosts I've met! It started with him allowing us to enter the apartment early, since there were no tenants ahead of us. It was very nice as our flight was early in the morning. The house was so clean, I immediately sent him a message and found out that he was ahead of me and sent me a message to ask if everything was okay. The house feels guarded, clean, does not lack any equipment, and protected! which is the most important! We were three girls and we felt protected! Most of the time we were out of sight but at night when we went back to sleep it was just nice to sit outside and stay indoors. Greg kept checking on us and it was great! Totally recommend, will totally go back there! The house is clean and cozy and spacious and big and there is hot water and really nothing is missing! Suitable for both families and a few friends! Thank you very much for the amazing hospitality, there is no doubt that we will be back!

Only negative would be the distance from the valley to downtown if you were to travel by uber for a night out. It's a little far.

The house was amazing. Looked to be brand new. Very comfortable beds in the 2 main rooms, one with ensuite. The bunk beds x 2 are a great idea. House had everything we needed. Off street parking available. All modern conveniences you could ask for inside the property. Large washing machine and dryer, although you need to bring your own washing liquid. Couldn't fault the property itself. Seemed on a whole a nice neighborhood. The spa was a big hit in the evenings after long days sightseeing. I would suggest leaving instructions on how to use it would probably be helpful, although we just googled it.

Nothing to complain about.

We were five friends visiting from Europe. The house was way better than expected with everything included (washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances, utensils, towels, bed covers, pillows etc). The interior was very nice as well, and the overall impression of the house was great. The jacuzzi was wonderful, a nice private garden, and we even used the BBQ grill in the garden as well. Ping pong table was fun as well. The owner was super nice to deal with, and communication was not an issue at all. The house is a little bit outside the main city, but it was worth it in our opinion. We preferred to be a bit outside the city limits in return of a bigger property and a calm area.

Just the construction in drive way, but looked horrible, but ended being just fine. Can't wait for the front house to be done lf the rent it out, would definitely rent that one next.

The house was beautiful and we had kids ranging from 6 to 18 so ping pong table and hottub were all hits. The master bedroom was great The other two bedrooms beds weren't that comfortable, but the size of the house was perfect. The parking had construction equipment and some nails we had to remove from drive way, and looked so horrible when we arrived but the house was In The back and it made up for everything. The construction crew in the front house was hardly even noticeable they weren't loud or nothing. We will be returning for sure. The neighborhood was great not noisy or anything. Also felt super safe with the gate and had to have codes for access. Loved that it was in a safe neighborhood, and everything you needed for shopping or eating was very close. Food venders were also a hit. And of course the Santa Monica Beach was great. Was laid back and the peir and amusement park was great as well. Like I said our age range was 67 to 6 and everyone I can say loved it. All the amenities in the house were great and very updated. I loved the washer and dryer it really came in handy.

Nothing, it was perfect, definitely recommend if your looking outside of downtown LA

Very good place, it felt brand new. Very good quality fittings in the house. Parking was free on the driveway or the street. Very private place considering there is another house on the land. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and helped us relax after a tiring day. The kitchen is equipped with everything and they also gave fresh towels in all the bathrooms. House has a code lock which means you don't have to carry around any keys when you're going out.

The house was very clean and exactly as described and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check in was easy with a door code, so we never needed to worry about keys or fobs. The staff (Greg) was very helpful and communicative.

The location is not in slightly under mid-class neighborhood and there is a huge POD container storage on one side of driveway making parking a bit inconvenient.

The place is relatively new and clean. Host was nice and prompt in responding.

The location worked for the uber trips for the event we were attending. The décor & cleanliness were top notch. The feeling of privacy was ideal for an adult couples weekend.

The hot tub smells. It either needs more chlorine or it’s not been emptied between stays. The front door did not lock as the keypad was broken. We notified the manager of the property but did not get a response for several hours. We were assured he would attend the next morning but by midday we had not heard anything and when got a message early afternoon to say the keypad was broken (which we knew) and they left us a key to use. The property manager had not given us a phone number so all contact as via booking.com messages. When we did get a number it didn’t work and so then we given another number for WhatsApp - all in all the property was unsecured for over 24 hours, leaving our belongings vulnerable. The stress of this situation caused a huge amount of anxiety and uncertainty and ruined the end of our holiday as we had to keep changing plans. Manager should have been contact me and a key should be left at property for emergencies like this. It’s unacceptable to rent a house that has no locking door. There was also a bar of soap from the previous tenant in the shower, which had not been cleaned properly. The lights inside the wardrobe flashed on and off throughout the night, waking us up.

1. the mattresses in 2 big bedrooms are very uncomfortable and not even. 2. there are some oranges dropped in the yard from the oranges tree which attracts lots of bugs. the bug repellent in living room was not working. 3. the spa full of water, doesn’t look clean and have some strange smell. 4. the small bedroom has lots of dust in the sheet and comforter, doesn’t look have been changed from last customer. 5. the master bedroom are just being normally cleaned, some have some dusts on the counter and toilet.

location, size of the property, quiet and safe, good heating, close to everything, the owner respond quickly, pingpang table is great.
