Cottage (Ruby) needed a lot of work. There is no sink other than a bathroom sink that leaked. Told Cheech, however, never came to fix. Had to ask for wash clothes, hand towels, and regular towels. No inside chairs to use with table, pullout couch was so broken couldn't sit on unless you used extra pillows. No coffee table or side tables. Used a dresser. I don't put a lot on what other people put for reviews because some have very high expectations or if one thing goes wrong they bash a place. I will try a place and if it isn't good I figure I can check out and go somewhere else. Believe everything you read about Neveda City Inn.

There were no bugs, TV worked, the beds were comfortable.

The room was not clean other than the bed. There was no wifi, and the room didn’t look like the picture. It was very loud in the morning walls were thin. When checking in was not told about any breakfast.

Good Value for what your getting. Cable had good channels

Not even basic amenities like cups for water or an extra blanket for bed (had 1 thin blanket) and an old sketchy floor heater.

The mattress on the sofa bed is very old and the customer service is very poor. I went to the office 3 times and they never helped me. They ran out of shampoo and paper towels. I stayed there for 3 nights and they never changed my towels. They never provided service to the room. That's what I didn't like. They never had breakfast.

Room is dated and in need of repairs, bathroom toilet leaked a fair amount, paint peeling, various signs of being used hard and not repaired

When checking in there was no mention of breakfast, so did not find out

Hard to get hold of the desk person, either by phone or in person. Room was dingy, dilapidated and unattractive. Toilet was loose - not the seat, the entire commode. No lamp on the bedside table, just the overhead light.

Found the place ok. Sheets and towels seemed clean.

No cold water for shower. Steaming hot water in the shower ran at about a gallon an hour. Unable to turn off. It steamed up the bathroom, soaking all the towels. Toilet was way to small. Had a hard time getting up from it.

We had no chairs at our dining table as pics showed. They did not know code to watch tv so we had no tv. Broken tp holder, broken light switch, no hot water in shower, stain on sheets. But with a little TLC this place could be wonderful. Update needed to preserve history of the cottages.

Such cute cottages and great location. Excellent wifi. Great place to go with friends to just chill.

Shabby inside… needed a good cleaning and fresh paint. The couch was pretty dirty, so we didn’t want to sit on it. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Charged $20 for having a dog, when it said $10 online.

The layouts of the cabins was nice. Good location.

Unfortunately, the rooms smelled horrible and they need to be painted the windows and the blinds were filthy

On the outside, it looked nice the yard with the basketball court and the gazebos were nice

Some stranger came to knock on our door at 3 AM; that was sketchy, and it ruined our night's sleep.

Very run down. Office was dirty. Looked like it’s unsanitary. Layers of grime.room was clean, but so old, run down, old patched peeling paint. Small TV (22”??) in corner next to loud window AC unit. Bed nor comfortable. Tiny bathroom. Drippy shower head.

No rod in the closet to actually hang clothes. All surfaces in need of paint or repair, including frayed carpet. Main heat to the rooms had been turned off way too early. Small heater did not suffice during rainy April. Very seedy element hanging around.

At least there was Wi-Fi. The heat to the rooms had been turned off, but there was a small electric portable heater. Plenty of hot water.

The bathroom sink drain didn't open. The handle was broken and the water didn't drain. The kitchenette sink dripped continuously. The person that checked me in was housekeeping or maintenance. He was nice and did his best. He was unsure about the billing. The room was clean a comfortable.

The room was not worth over a $100. It was dingy, stains every where and a few colorful characters roaming the parking lot. Continental breakfast was advertised. This place needs a serious update and deep cleaning. My credit card was charged more than my my agreed upon amount on this app. Check your statements!

The gentleman working at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
