The water leak from upstairs down to the kitchen and the livingroom ceiling fan was very noisy.

Drive up to the cabin was a bit sketchy. The showers wouldn't drain properly, so it was ankle deep water every time. Hot tub looked clean until turned on and them it blew gross hairballs and dirt everywhere. Vacasa contact insisted we'd be able to use resort pool/hot tub. Was no resort hot tub anymore, it was filled in with concrete and after 3 days of asking for the pool gate code we were told our reservation didn't actually include pool access. Cabin definitely could have been cleaner.

Location had a nice mountain view and the pool table/games were nice.

The only thing we didn't like was the hot tub.The pump was very loud and the water was very green. We didn't feel comfortable using it. It appeared to have a lot of algae. The pump was so loud that you couldn't really enjoy sitting outside on the porch. The hot tub was on the upstairs porch, and you could hear it while downstairs in the living room.

Location was perfect. Beautiful views from the front and back of cabin. Seen several bears on several different occasions. The cabin was very clean.

The shower downstairs was clogged. The master bedroom was downstairs, and the master bath was upstairs. The mattress was uncomfortable

My apologies for the delay I was traveling. Our stay was amazing with exception to the cleanliness of the hot tub. The hot tub was not clean and that was one of the major things we were looking forward too. Also there were bees everywhere outside so it was difficult to enjoy sitting out on the decks. Then on the last couple days somehow hornets were inside the house and I’m deathly allergic to bees. Other than those couple of things our stay was amazing.

Well first off the internet was not working the whole first day and no one even called us back about fixing it my husband had to finally get it working the next day. The upstairs was so hot couldn’t even hang out up there. Hot tub was gross smelled like mildew. The toilets kept needing to be plugged. Water was dripping from the kitchen ceiling light and mice droppings under the sink.

The view was beautiful and we were really excited about our stay and they even called for an early check in, upon arrival we noticed in the bedroom that the blinds were not up and the window would not lock, my husband called customer service and they said they would send someone at 5ish no one showed up and we called multiple different times and no one came to help. We did not feel safe and chose to leave the place due to being able to see right through the bedroom window on the first floor. We tried to get a refund and was told that we were not telling the truth that the window and blinds were not broken even though we had video proof and pictures. Customer was zero help and we will make sure we never stay here again. It’s a shame

A lot! back balconies were rotten wood to the point we were unsafe out ther. could not use inside or outside jacuzzi because a note on the refrigerator said not to. both toilets had issues flushing. kitchen had splatter all over cabinets and ceiling, zip lock bag with old food in kitchen drawer. atleast 10 dead flies in the living room floor. air filter looked as if it hadn’t been changed in 6 months

Due to maintenance issues, they moved us to the new property, but the day one in our trip was totally wasted and the kids and we were having a tough time with heating and other restroom flush problems

this property is not ready for renting as the heating system was not working in this extreme cold condition.

Had to call and request wash rags. Didn't have but 1 and no bar soap or right size trash bags for the trash can. Porch swing was laying on the porch where one eye screw had pulled out. Maintenance repaired that and porch rails the second day while we were out so didn't interfere with our stay.

Beautiful view and location was away from the crowds.
