The location did have quite a few "night service workers"in the surrounding area but not actually on the property

After reading different reviews I was nervous about cleanliness and bugs but neither was and issue. The morning of check out the staff was even washing the windows and sweeping the parking lot

Could not get to the ice machine without staff member who had to open the door wird her key. Surrounding area unfortunately not very nice and quite loud.

Room itself was very pleasant. Very comfortable bed, everything was clean. Friendly staff.

As a “breakfast included” option, I think it was poor. When I asked the lady if those few items were all that was offered for breakfast, she kept talking on the phone and just nodded without saying a word.

I disliked the fact that our toilet was not flushing due to pump issue, once I notified staff they informed me they didnt have after hour maintenance. Therefore I had to keep removing toilet cover and stick my hand into tank everytime I needed to use the bathroom.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and options for the breakfast station were a nice compliment to our stay.

Liked everything about the property, just disliked that I was given an upstairs room and not a ground level one. I mentioned it in a message on the app. About wanting a ground level room due to being handicapped. I had to hop down the stairs on one leg after awhile. That’s why I gave a 8/10.

It was OK for the price I didn't like that the maid knocked once early in the am and just opened the door on us while we weren't dressed that really pissed me off and also I didn't like that my daughter was locked out and name.waa not on room I was in the tub and she went to grande pizza which was great and came back and just gave her a keycard to come in my room pissed me off not safe could have been anyone and it's too many hookers walking around but breakfast was decent and room.was ok for the price and a 2 or 3 night stay

The property charged my bank twice first time when I checked in and again 2 days after I checked out. I called my bank for my 150 deposit that was pending and per my bank this property charged me after I checked out which is kinda suspicious. My bank wont drop the pending charges until this property refunds me back my 150. But according to the property everything has been finalized when I checked out. Ive read reviews before on this property not giving deposits back and I should have listened to those reviews. The property is great but the company itself seems like a fraud to me taking my money

The property was good no issues with the property at all. Location was good right next to the freeway. Cops were sighted around the property which felt safe.

The address wasn't sent w the reservation so I went to the wrong location, the company kept $250 for 2 weeks, and there was some mold in the room and there was some maintenance issues
