Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Close to the river walk.

Noisy ac and it didn't cool properly. Bed pillows flat and lumpy mattress. Bath tub a little dirty.

Could not get towels and tissue from housekeeping. Said they would bring them to me but never did. Had to go to the front desk and get them myself.

The first day it was good. The 2nd day was a mess . The server needed help because he couldn’t keep enough food out for the guest.C

We were given a room that wasn’t ready. Breakfast very poor, no juice, no bread, toaster didn’t work. Pool was not in use. Staff unhelpful. We have stayed in a number of HIE over the past few weeks and this was well below their usual standard. But also the most expensive - so very poor value for money!

Room and hotel ok for a 2 night stay in Natchez. Hotel in a good location.

The carpet in Room 116 needs sto be replaced. It has tears and ripples in it making it easy to trip or fall.

I didnt eat anything except a cinnamon bun with coffee. I really liked the young lady who helped me check in. I believe her name was Felisha. It was Saturday afternoon. A large bus had just arrived and I was first in line to check in but since I am handicapped it was difficult to stand there long enough to complete it. She allowed my son to take me to my room and come back to finish registering. The crowd from the bus almost knocked me over so I was very grateful to have been given that courtesy.

There was a used wash cloth left in the shower from the previous guest. The hot/cold water for the shower was backwards. Took a bit to figure out.

The room was not clean. No trashcan liners in cans, they were hanging on the side. Bits of tissue paper scattered in the bathroom. The tub has a ring.

Breakfast was nice. Would love a waffle maker, although the pancakes were pretty good. Excellent location.

Room had an odor in it, but everything else was good. I paid for room when I booked, and they charged me again when I checked out so that was some inconvenience for me because now I have to wait days to receive a refund.

The room could have been cleaner and the fridge didn’t get very cold.

The staff were warm and efficient in their welcome. Parking was plentiful, the location was easy to find, and the room was wonderfully cool after a long day on the road. The breakfast was hot and tasty for the price point.

Pool closed and looked terrible. This would have been nice to know before booking. ice machine on 2 floor out of order. Room could have been cleaner behind doors and in corners. No refill of towels, tissue or coffee for 2nd day stay.

Great location, friendly staff, fridge & microwave was good to have even though we didn’t use either.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 was the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Nothing too bad, just finger prints on the doors and microwave and the carpet could use a good cleaning. But I do understand that they were fully booked so I’m sure they were in a rush to get all the rooms ready.

The property was nice. Every staff member we meet was super nice and helpful. I really liked the breakfast. We were there during a school State competition so the hotel was fully booked and they were refilling the breakfast surprisingly fast. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!
