Upon check in and out the front desk staff seemed a little reserved, not rude but not warm or welcoming either.The room was clean, maybe a little more attention to small details would be helpful, for instance; there were some red spots on one of the bread spreads in the room, and a human hair ball in the bathroom next to the vanity. Other than that it was a great facility and a very nice comfortable room. I love that you can make ice and coffee in the room and that there is a blow dryer!

The location was easy to find - easy off & on the highway. Lots of nice grassy areas to walk my dog ! Felt secure & safe.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very nice — super clean, with a fresh scent throughout that made a great first impression. Our room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine. Every detail felt well taken care of. The staff were also so pleasant and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Truly a great place to stay — would 100% come back!

It was very hot and there was no ice machine…there was an ice maker in the refrigerator but too much time was needed to “make ice” for a one night stay. Not a deal breaker, just inconvenient.

Based on other's reviews, there were no dining or cooking utensils. Being on 2nd floor with a pet, hauling her crate. Having the elevator was nice.

There’s a kitchen but nothing to use to cook anything. No utensils or pots/pans. You have to buy them from the grab and go store in the lobby or bring them. I’ve been at kitchenette suites like this before (different hotel brand) and they provided plates, cups, utensils, and a pot and pan in the kitchen with a note saying if you take it home with you they will charge you for the cost of them. I think this is a much better way to do it. I was already paying quite a bit for the hotel and while it met my needs because we were only there for one night, it would be kind of annoying if I had needed to use the kitchen but had to buy every single thing I needed to actually cook food there.

Only stayed one night. Good location, close to the interstate but didn’t notice any excessive noise. Large, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The TV remote didn’t work but my husband took it down to the desk and they replaced the batteries and then it was fine.

This is a really great place to stay and an excellent value.The staff is welcoming and helpful. It's so clean and the facilities are unsurpassed in hotels in this price range. The lobby sells the kind of items you suddenly realize you forgot. The one and only minus was that the bedding, which is luxurious feeling, is actually a very hot fabric. We had the temp in the room turned way down and the window partially open on a cold night. but still both woke up repeatedly to throw the covers and sheets off. Not a breathable fabric. But we will definitely make this our stop on our regular trips through Mitchell. We also love the fact that it's a privately owned hotel

Only icemaker in room and limited ice available due to starting from scratch. Coffee in morning in lobby wasn't very hot.
