I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I reserved and paid for my stay through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the hotel had not received payment. Despite showing proof of payment, I was required to pay again, with the assurance that the Booking.com charge would be refunded the next morning by the manager. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved as promised. The room itself was subpar: the recliner was torn apart with pieces of fabric on the floor, and the refrigerator didn’t work, resulting in our food spoiling overnight. When I raised these concerns the next morning, the manager, Amy, apologized and admitted we shouldn’t have been placed in that room. She assured us that the stay would be fully compensated as a goodwill gesture. However, only one of the two charges was refunded. When I followed up about the unrefunded Booking.com charge, Amy’s tone and response shifted drastically. Despite her initial promise, she stated, “Well, you stayed,” and refused to issue the second refund. This was contrary to her previous commitment and left me feeling misled and frustrated. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel, the situation remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and urge others to think twice before booking here.

The breakfast was misleading it was just a frozen breakfast sandwich that had to be cooked and was delivered the night before but called breakfast in bed. My room was suppose to have a recliner and it did not.
