Everythings was great I wouldnt change anything

The rooms were remodeled from our last stay they were stunning and so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and all the commodities. The room was well equipped with all the necessary items to make our stay comfortable.

We wish the checkout time was later (like at 11am) verses 10AM, but other than that, it's all good!

Our 4th time back to Shadow Ridge! For our family of 4 the 2 bedroom villa is the way we do it with fully furnished kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms, we simply enjoy being out in the desert all together! Posting up at the pool with slide, splash pad, and kiddie pool helps each of us rest, relax and recreate during out vacation! The price & facilities are UNBEATABLE and UNMATCHED!

It did seem there must be sine rowdy guests somewhere at the resort (though we never encountered any) because there seemed to be constant announcements regarding proper resort etiquette and decorum being made publicly.

The lush and spacious surroundings offer a large family (like mine) ample space to stretch out, relax, and reconnect with one another.

I did not like there not being an adults only pool or certain hours for adults - some children are unsupervised and can be annoying.

The resort has every amenity available and makes it a great location to stay at without ever having to leave the resort. But if you do, there are several stores and markets nearby.

The rooms were excellent. Very quiet, which was wonderful! The pools were great, and we LOVED the Aqua Aerobics! It was a beautiful property. A wonderful weekend of rest and relaxation.

We had a power outage the first day. Two of the very nice pools the heaters didn't work and we had to drive to another pool. Trouble with the TV. The guide didn't work four out of five days we were there.

Experience was great. Room was beautiful on the 18 hole. Only thing that was a bummer was the lack of restaurants on the property. I was looking forward to not leaving the property for food. Overall, great experience. Thank you.

All the children’s activities on site. My kids loved the pools and doing the variety of different activities at at the center and around the facility. My husband and dad enjoyed golfing and watching the golfers from our villas. There is also a Costco close by for groceries. We will definitely be back!

See previous. Room service/ also when we had a big bag of garbage, we didn't know where to put it. The staff nicely took it but maybe we should have known what to do if we didn't find a staff member.

It was clean, the staff were always pleasant and easy to deal with. The view was nice. I have no complaints except for when I called room service and asked for an extra towel and some moisturizer I was told something about paying for the towels and then I received only one tiny container of moisturizer - about a tablespoon's worth. Maybe 3 would have been reasonable??
