Recensione verificataLetto molto comodo, camera Smart completa di tutto. Zone comuni spaziose e curate. Molto vicino alla stazione di Penn Station a alla metro per raggiungere qualsiasi zona. Carino il rooftop con vista sull’Empire, ma un po’ troppo caotico.
Molto rumoroso a causa del cantiere di fronte alla camera e alla zona trafficata, camere poco insonorizzate verso l’esterno. Confusione nella hall e negli ascensori che spesso non funzionavano.

In camera mancava l’attacco per la presa type C e l’aria condizionata era abbastanza rumorosa sé proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa di negativo

Purtroppo nella nostra camera c’era puzza di umidità molto forte e l’unico modo per toglierla era aprire un po’ la porta. La colazione va migliorata , non si può offrire solo prodotti imbustati. Infatti non abbiamo mangiato nulla e abbiamo fatto sempre colazione fuori. Ma se è compresa nel prezzo mi aspetto una colazione a buffet.

stanza piccolissima, porta a vetri trasparente per il bagno, lavandino fuori dal bagno, ci hanno dato un buono ma poi non ho capito perchè abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra, inoltre essendo partiti molto presto in 12 non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione, ma lo staff - malgrado fosse presente alla nostra partenza - si è completamente disinteressato della cosa

Le dimensioni della camera e l’assenza di un piccolo guardaroba. Il voucher di 20$ (per due persone) poco adeguato per un quattro stelle rispetto al costo dei prodotti offerti per la colazione. Scarsa comunicazione e differenti informazioni fornite tra il check-in e il check-out rispetto alle modalità di pagamento e al deposito cauzionale richiesto.

La camera non ci è stata rifatta ultimo giorno, e la struttura non ci ha risposto come ci saremmo aspettati da un posto del genere

Soluzione separe’ con poco privacy( sia per doccia che per wc c’è veranda vetro trasparente), poi una pecca sul buono da 20 che al rooftop ci hanno detto che valeva mentre poi non era vero
