They did not provide certain basics in the kitchen including salt and pepper and coffee filters. We had to go to the store and buy our own just for our stay.

Master bath left sink was partially plugged. Freezer needs defrosted. Main door handle pulls right off. These are minor issues but a nuisance. They need to be checked into.

The wifi was going in and out and wouldn't work at times. The freezer ice maker kept freezing up and wouldn't disperse ice. We managed though.

Our only complaint was with the pool and hot tub. The outside pool was noticeably dirty with stuff at the bottom. Also I don't think the chemicals in the indoor and hot tub were right as it really irritated my family skin.

The room was great it just needed new light bulbs in one of the rooms. The grounds were very nice and well kept. Room was a great size, private and good view.

The property is located off the parkway but in a very quiet location. The accommodations were wonderful. Instructions to let ourselves in were sent to our phones & the condo was complete with 2 king bedrooms with ensuites for both rooms. They supplied everything & the beds were so comfortable. Love this unit!

The jacuzzi was outside which was fine but they need one inside as well with the indoor pool area so it can be used all year round.

Comfortable and clean! Love how the balcony felt more private than other buildings that have balconies that face the parking lot. Felt like we really lucked out on such a wonderful place 💖

The only thing I didn't care for, it wasn't terrible but just more of a nuisance, was the digital door code. It may have been fine, except something happened and the door wouldn't open at one point. It could have been my own fault, who knows? However, staff answered a text right away and reset the code. It was only a 5 minute problem and fixed right away. I couldn't have asked for faster customer service. Everything was perfect.

I loved how stocked everything was. I appreciate you taking the time to even leave laundry detergent. That is very thoughtful! Perfect location, peaceful and quiet from traffic, yet feet away from the main attractions. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing this lovely and affordable property!

Didn’t see any staff. The biggest downfall was the exit of the driveway. No red light to make it easier to pull out onto the Parkway. The wife and I would stay there again.

The location was great. Very quiet room. Parking was never an issue. Had plenty of room and very clean. Price was great for what we got. Would stay again if ever available.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge as we always do. While it was a really nice condo and great location… Just a little feedback- we found items around the underneath of both beds from previous guests which means the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned before our stay. There was also no soap left in the hall/adjoining bathroom, we could not adjust the heat pump so the condo did get a little warm at times and the elevator was extremely slow.
