Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely nothing!
We always try to stay at Mountain Breeze when visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We have stayed at other hotels but they were not good. We have stayed at Mountain Breeze many times over the years. It is always clean, plenty of towels, staff is great always friendly and helpful. This will remain our favorite place to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Bathtub is very slippery
Great location. Love the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Rooms decent. Good shower and enough towels.

The microwave was on top of the mini fridge. Could use some thing underneath it to keep the microwave from sliding around when using it.
Very clean rooms. Very nice owners! Loved having snacks and their good coffee offered 24 hrs ! The heated pool was amazing for the cooler, cloudy day.

It has been family owned for 61 years. The whole staff is very friendly and very polite. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were very clean. This is our 5th straight year staying here and won’t stay anywhere else. We decided to stay an extra day and they had no problem accommodating us.

Loved the whole place. 24/7 pool and hot tub was definitely a plus, plus! First place i have felt safe enough to walk on the bare floor. Snacks on the office awesome. Very friendly staff. Will definitely book again.

The legit only semi bad thing I could say is the shower could use a new shower head. But the shower still worked great just the head was a little old and clogged up.
I was pleasantly surprised with how great this hotel was. Room was spotless, very spacious for a hotel room and comfortable. The staff was beyond nice. And the free snacks and Krispy Kreme donuts in the office was such an added bonus! Even the other guests were great. We never heard anyone the whole time. And the shower water gets so hot! We will definitely be staying again!

Didn't like being on the 2nd floor. The walkway on the 2nd floor was dangerous. It had inclines and step downs without any warning.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Location was really good. Rooms were decorated nicely. Loved the rocking chair in front of the room. Liked the fact that there were snacks all day at the office. Loved the grits.

Nothing. We love it just like it is.
We love Mountain Breeze! It is always our first choice when travelling to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We have stayed here for many years. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always clean and well stocked.

An affordable place to stay with staff that were exceptionally friendly, the room was spotless, the hot tub was clean and ready at 10:30PM after a day of driving and then a lot of walking that helped aching legs and back to calm down before crawling into a very comfortable bed. Even though it is on the main parkway, it was quiet & very relaxing place to stay. Will def stay there again when I go back!
