The rooms were fairly clean, and the kids liked the breakfast options.

The beds are not very comfortable. There are 3 buildings. There should be an ice machine at each building. The breakfast is not very good.

Seems like the room had some renovating done to it within the last year. Definitely a nicer room than the last time we stayed there a month ago. There is refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.

Breakfast drink options really would benefit from orange juice. It was not clear at all that housekeeping was not included in the price of the stay. Not once was my bed made up nor was I provided clean toweling. I did once request that trash be removed, which it was several hours later.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful when asked for assistance. The cost was acceptable, minus my one complaint indicated below.

I really have only one complaint. The shower was only adjustable to up. It was already as low as it could go. I am 5'4" and the water was in my face for the whole shower. It made me dizzy a few times. I almost fell down. I realize it's my reaction to the water, but, you know, had I hurt myself it might have created an incident. Oh, and if there was hot water to the sink to wash hands with, I never found it.

We did not stay for breakfast, as we ended up leaving sooner than expected. But the heater worked great. The bed was super comfy. I think I would have liked one more blanket, just because I like to feel the blankets on me, but never got cold. Something else, we did not realize that we were staying right beside the freeway on ramp. When the cars ramped up their engines, and they were meant to be noisy, we heard them loud and clear. But, once we got to sleep, they didn't bother us at all. So, my guess is that there is a little sound proofing there. We've stayed in rooms that had much less traffic on the roads and a lot more noise. Lots of hot water in the shower.

All the stairs you have to take to get into a room. I am disabled and make it hard to bring things to my room because I can't carry a lot, so I have to take note trips

Security…the windows on ground floor was only secured by the windows lock… The floor needed mopped but too be fair v there was landscaping work being done so v it would be hard to keep it clean!

The pool closes at 8 pm and open at 10 am. We didn't use it for very long. the unhouse people that stay there It's just too many of them roaming around the parking lot all day and night. Literally had like one lamp by the bed and one Walmart lamp in the corner. So the room isn't very bright as far lights No elevator!!!

I asked for a quiet room but the upstairs people had kids running everywhere. Supposedly no pets but barking dog next door along with yelling so i had to get up at 2 am and ask them to be quiet

There was a "peeping Tom" running around the property... The first night it was obvious especially when I checked outside the window the next morning and saw about a dozen cigarette butts around my window and footprints. I told the front desk on 3 different shifts about it and each one sounded more surprised to hear it than the last so apparently nothing was done. On the 4th night they were still there running around. The cigarette butts are still outside my window.

It appeared as though the rooms have been upgraded, especially the bathroom it is a very nice Ada
