I could not log on to the wifi the entire time. Kept getting messages that it was being used by others. Also, the floor made my feet very dirty.

If you get home late, there’s not many parking spaces left. However, we appreciated that the gate was closed at 11 o’clock. That made us feel safe.

No restaurants in walking distance and it was - our fault - the wrong location for our trip. We needed to be much closer to downtown. Not the fault of the hotel. Couldn’t figure out how to open the gate at night. Lucky for us someone was leaving.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The air conditioner was loud in our room which was not the case in another room we visited. However, that is no deterrent to staying there. It’s a terrific place. Spacious rooms and incredible water pressure for the showers

Our room was impeccably clean. I felt very safe, as there is a gate that closes at 10 or 11PM but guests are able to open it with their keys. The man at the front desk had superb customer service. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will definitely be going back.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

This was a great place to stay in Glendale. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. It was very clean. The room had a refrigerator, wine bottle opener, iron, kettle, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom had a nice, big bathtub, and the water pressure was really good. There was protected parking with a gate that closed from 11pm-7am. You can enter the gate with your room key, if needed. There is an elevator for people staying on the 2nd or 3rd floors. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

-Although our room was not the closest one near the street, we still can hear the traffic noises at night. Bring earplugs. -The room smelled when we came in, maybe it was too much disinfectant for cleaning.
