The beds were HARD! Ac didn’t work well it was hot in our room the tv remote didn’t work and the water pressure was very poor

The facility does need an upgrade. The restroom was really disappointing. Our door had no top lock but did have the bolt lock. I did get bit by something the two nights I stayed here… The pillows and bed are warn out.

This was just a room type property. No frills but I booked a Queen bed and got a Full size bed. I did not to go down to the office as I am sure that I would only have frustrated myself.

The patio was missing boards definitely a hazard due to because especially if you have kids they could fall through and it being 2 stories high

The second wheelchair room, the sage colored, had curtains that were unhung and hard to adjust, I hung them. The bottom of the bathroom door was ducked tapped, an easy fix with a metal stripe, the air conditioner went through a loud noise cycle, the TV clicker didn't work right, the towels had long black hairs in them and the hand towel filthy as was the pool. The cost was 25% more than at least 5 other comparable motels I have stayed in. They didn't have dressers either... yuck!

Location and manager Bobby. The room was painted a lovely sage green, nice new flooring, good, lighting, and staff quickly responded to my concerns. The first room, a wheelchair chair room, assigned for location only, had a damaged bathtub, so they moved me immediately.

Space of room. One bed is fine but 2 beds in a room for a family of 4....very uncomfortable...railings for the stairs were broken...including at the pool. Pools needs work...chairs and some shade would be nice.

Price and location but still not great, probably wouldnt recommend it for a place to stay.

The beds looked like someone had been in them, there was a dirty towel in the restroom. Hair all over the pillow. We didn’t have any clean towels.

Upon check in our room was dirty & clearly not ready for my family. The house keeping ladies from raymondville went out of their way to come back & clean our room.

Cigarette burns on the bedsheets said alot about the place. Shower looked filthy as well

No hot water so we had to shower in COLD water. Very low water pressure in the shower. No running water in the toilet so we couldn’t flush. Towels looked dirty. Horrible experience.

The front desk assistant is the only thing I like from this hotel.

The rooms looked run down, with the smell of like a wet carpet … I had to spay some perfume to make it tolerable…the beds were not comfortable, the shower didn’t have hot water and the shower head was spraying everywhere. We forgot our soap and they didn’t have any complimentary ones to give. The Remote to the t.v didn’t work, and the pool is the size of a bath tube… so ridiculous, For the price they were charging you think it would be more decent or at least comfortable…. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.
