Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe TV did not stream well. Manager said the source was Direct TV. The video lagged while the volume was normal. Video would skip and synch every few seconds. Very annoying! TV useless. The room above us had someone pacing the floor all night until 2am. The floor/ceiling squeaked badly near the window of the floor above us. I put a pillow over my head to block noise and fall asleep.

United StatesHousekeeping staff not so nice. We requested a late check out and had a 30 minute window. We were within that 30 minute window and housekeeper knocked on the door. My wife answered and said we’re almost done. Housekeeper rolled her eyes turned around and walked away… not the end of the world, but if she would’ve smiled and said OK probably would’ve been a better experience for us as a customer. Side-note: two properties next to each other should also be affordable for the average customer while one is super ghetto and the other one is super nice.
The gentleman at the front desk was super cool, very friendly opposite of housekeeping staff the room was twice the size of the normal rooms we stayed at Motel 6 room was clean, not too shabby..

Staff is excellent. Larger rooms and queen beds are a plus. Love that the doors are inside and not outside. Gazebo is a nice smoking location.
