Too many things! I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for. First there was a booking error and when I tried to bring it to the attention of hotel staff prior to checking in, I was basically told I was lying and said I would have to show proof when I checked in (which I did). Their A/C was "out" however due to previous reviews that seems to be an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed; therefore, I had to keep the window open for air to circulate. I had requested a corner room due to traveling with my children which was ignored, and I was placed in the center of the hallway. Noise levels were TOO loud that I had to call down to the front desk. The beds were too soft that you sunk into them, they slid, and the pillows were flat. Other guests were inconsiderate smoking marijuana outside our window or talking loud during the night. Other guests were not picking up after their pets and there was trash thrown around the property.

Location was conveniently located near the freeway and only ten minutes from the beach. Refrigerator in room got super cold which was a plus.

The staff said the ac at the hotel had been broken for a month and it would not be fixed for at least another week. Told me after I drove 2 and a half hours that I could take the room or cancel and try finding a different hotel over the holiday weekend.

They couldn't accommodate me. I had a family wedding i asked for early check in to get ready. Thry couldn't accommodate me,, then no Ac, then they gave me smoking room when I requested non smoking. Cause I checked in late!

the fact that there was no coffee maker almost made me not want to book in the first place. We planned on getting to town earlier so wanted to check out but there was going to be an extra charge so that didn't happen. we walked into the room and there was a stench of mold and cigarettes. There were no complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the room and there was no AC so we tossed and turned all night in a stinky muggy room.

the price was okay for the size of the room and beds. There was a tv, a mini refrigerator and a microwave. parking was not a problem at all so that was really appreciated. The front desk staff was helpful and nice.

The place was ok the staff was rude at 3 pm the room wasn’t ready by the time we got to the room was almost 4 PM and one of the guest was very rude. She wanted to cancel my room after I paid for it, and I waited outside in my car for almost an hour for the room to be ready that was the worst experience I ever had a nice day at Motel 6 a lot but that was the worst not going back to that motel six at all they need to hire more staff to clean the rooms. I asked for the manager he didn’t wanna come up. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life.

The room we stayed in was okay. It had no air-conditioning. We couldn't open the curtain for air because of the location of a street light shing into our room. There was no place to unpack our suitcase or any type of refrigerator to keep our food cool. Thank God we took our own cooler. The restroom was big but had no area around the sink to put our personal items down on, and the shower was big, but the showerhead was too low. It didn't have any place to put our bathing items. I guess you get what you pay for is a true comment. I didn't take any photos regretfully. It was nothing like the advertisement. It looked great in a picture but not in real life.

The location was great, with easy access to gas, food, and the freeway. The staff were kind.

No AC, room not well cleaned, rings missing on shower curtain so it barely closed, bathroom sink sprays everywhere even on lowest setting, lots of maintenance needed in the room doesn't look well kept. Alot of what seems to be water damage or wear. Bathroom Vent was loud and dirty.

Air conditioner was out, floor was dirty. There was a big yellow smear on the wall, I wiped it off with towel.. Vent cover was dirty & unscrewed at the bottom. Looked under it & filter was filthy.

When we got checked in I was told there is no AC , in our room the heater was on so it was extra hot we had to go buy a fan to try an cool it off , we booked threw a 3rd party so couldn't get a refund . The room wasn't cleaned very well light switches were dirty lots of sand or dirt on the ground , they should of went in the rooms an opened the windows an doors to help cool it down , it was about 80 that day .

When we got there the employees were talking about calling the cops on other people. So they were not happy and they gave us attitude as well. They informed us the AC was not working and they couldn’t do anything about it.
