Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe cleanliness. The towels, the sheets and the bathroom of the room were not as clean. In the bathroom the toilet, shower and sink were as clean as I’d expect. I unfortunately saw a small roach in the bathroom on my last night but I didn’t make a big fuss about it. The elevator had a bad smell.
The staff were so kind and accommodating to any request. They were very grateful for our business and we were thankful for their service.

United StatesA few cleanliness issues with the toilet seat, headboards, and stains on the comforter that I noticed. There weren't any washcloths. I'd really like to see hotels, in general, thoroughly clean headboards on the beds. I don't like seeing smudges or imprints on the headboards at all and I can't go to sleep until I clean it off.
Beds were super comfy, overall very quiet inside of the room, good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Like having a fridge and microwave option.
