How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Didn't like staff behavior. We were checking to add wxtra night, and she told me to come at checkout time I asked her about availability she said its ok didn't tell me you have to reserve room now ,and when we approached her at the time of checkout, she asked for a higher rate and said you didn't reserve yesterday . Because of this, for one nightbonlh we shifted our room, which lowers the value and does n't have amenities They don'tgive full information to customers. Further some of the staff behaves rudely dont attend the guest politely.
I like the cleanliness and location of the hotel as I want near the airport, and they have their shuttle service free of charge to and from the airport.

hotel charged us 3 days in advance of our stay they charge for parking and charge a deposit of $75 to park your car no hair dryer feels very restrictive

We spent our first night here after a longhaul flight. Room furnishings were basic and outdated. Our room overlooked the road and there were ripped discarded clothes hanging on the fence. Parking fees were too high.
Location: proximity to the airport. Clean.

Shuttle hours to restrictive we arrived at 22h15... I choose this place because of free shuttle between hotel and airport. I asked during check in, is the shuttle going next morning, answer was yes. Next morning I was sitting there and waiting 09:00 shuttle. Nothing. After I asked 09:10 they said that during that day next bus will go 14:00. Also, there was always a queue in front desk.

No fridge. No microwave (there is a community one). Cool shower - couldn't make it hot. Basically OK for an overnight stay.
Room was OK. Very sterile. Good vending machines. Location close to airport and there is a free shuttle during the day.

They didn't accept cash. My deposit and parking fee was not included when I booked.

It was perfect for the price, I have nothing to complain about the motel.
Location close to LAX, Clean swimming pool and clean towels next to pool. Our room looked newly refurbished, wooden floors, clean bathroom and modern, clean bedding.

getting the airport shuttle bus was a nightmare both times we had emailed when we were arriving NO minibus First times had to telephone from the airport it still took forever second time no bus at all hourly

The person on duty was kind and he tried his best to help us but the process was extremely slow. He was only 1 person at the checkin and it took about 2 hours to get us all 32 people checked in to 12 rooms because he was entering all our ID details. And stopped to assist others first who came after us but had one room booked. We arrived in a 56 seater coach and were dropped off by the main road because there was no space for the coach to drive in.
Close to the airport. Restaurants and a convenient shop in walking distance (3 mins). We didn’t use the free shuttle because we arrived outside of the operating hours. The security bond refund was within 2 days.

the receptionist were the worst ever. No smiles/ 0 greeting/ did not explain how the elevator works with the room card so i had to spend about 7 min how it works switching elevators with lots of luggage i was embarrassing. It was late every one of us was tired and we wanted to just get in to the room....
the hard floors, the little hallway before entering the room, the fact that even a little bit we can open the windows for some fresh air

I called before hand twice to ask if they accepted cash deposit as I didn’t want to keep my card on hold and two different people including the manager had told me yes, showed up to be told otherwise in a rude manner.
