We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesStrong unpleasant smells from the remodel outside of room in common spaces. Pool was cold like it was just filled for the weekend. Beds were too firm and hard and found to be incredibly uncomfortable to the point of painful.
The staff was amazing. Was there a bit before pool closed and staff made sure we had what we needed, and even though we left the pool a few minutes over close they didn't harass us to be on time.

United StatesThe room is in disrepair. There was vinyl baseboard, pulling away from the walls patches that had not been painted, scratched up doorway and smelled bad in the hallway.
The desk persons, after some initial confusion related to the switch from Motel 6 to Baymont, honored my reservation. They were polite and professional. Had grassy area for dogs to walk. The property on the inside was clean. My room was very clean and the mattress looks new and was very comfortable.
