where is my deposit, its been 10 days

The outside doesn't look like the pictures. They have updated some. But the outside side looks sketchy. Inside is clean, and they have been working on updating. The breaker box didn't have a cover. The bedside table veneer is coming off and was just laying there. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the platform the bed sets is dirty. We slept well. The kitchen in our room was great. The staff was wonderful.

The parking isn't great, not enough. It seems to be a hotel that puts a lot of out of town workers up so it stays pretty crowded. There was a bunch of broken plastics in the parking lot and then a broken glass beer bottle in pieces next to the door where I had to enter. The beds and pillows are not good, and the hallway really isn't carpeted so you can hear all the foot traffic. It sounds like someone walking on your wooden porch. The walls are thin also.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and the location and rate I paid were good.

The receptionist was very slow, did not greet me when I came in, did not direct me to where my room was located until I asked,and even then she barely explained, and the hallways smelled like beef jerky, I thought that was very strange! Also no blow dryer in the room

Broken stuff in the parking lot, a broken beer bottle next to the door where I entered, the hallway isn't carpeted well so footsteps are loud. My first room had terrible pillows, the second time they were better. I only stayed here because it was the most affordable when I worked too late to drive back to the tri-cities. The guy at the front desk was very nice.

Well I went to get out of the shower and took an stumble and almost hit my back against the facet.

Love the fact it is affordable I've been doing back and forth 2 hr drive daily for work and just wanted one day I could sleep in a little longer.

The behavior, activities, and kind of guests also staying at the motel was sketchy and put me on edge. The multiple broken glass bottles in parking lot was also quite disturbing when I was trying to walk my dog it seemed so unsafe outside in every space.

The room was cleaner then the exterior and I felt a bit safer inside the room then I expected. There was nothing lacking and it made the experience feel like i wasn't being overcharged.

I think people live here. There was people in hallway all night long one had his phone on speaker with a woman speaking g very loudly at 1 am .i opend my door looked at him and said seriously? Porque? He went down the hall finally .

The feel and look from outside and going in . The hallways seemed gehtto and kind of mental institutionalized creepy. The front desk lady that I could not clearly understand had no customer service manners .

I booked through a 3rd party booking app and was told that I needed to pay double the price once I arrived. I explained I just paid through the booking.com app and was told no I didn’t until I was able to pull up my receipt. There is also a lot of men who stay here, there were men in the hallways with no shirt on and talking in the hallways loudly at night.

i mean it’s just an ordinary hotel that’s overpriced, they over priced it just because they remodeled. the guy said we have the cleanest facilities there is along with no roaches. found two roaches this morning. I believe they should clean every two days or every other for the people that stay for the weeks at a time!

We were told to park our motorcycle in front next to the office. We woke up to a note telling us to move our motorcycle immediately . We explained to the morning front staff we were given the ok to park in this spot. They still insist we were in staff parking and had to move immediately. We were leaving anyway so we packed and left.

Great walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
