When I got to the room, it looked clean but after further inspection, the blankets and pillow cases were dirty, floor felt slippery and I killed 2 roaches within 10 minutes of just getting into the room. After seeing those things, I refused to sleep under the covers. So I slept fully dressed with my hoody and headphones in and got up 3 hours later. My aunt had a roach fall in her ear canal and get stuck. New fear unlocked. I want to stress that the staff is nice.

Staff was nice. Lots of parking. I thought I had notified the hotel that I had pets but I guess I forgot. The staff member quickly checked to make sure they had a room available, which they did. I was very grateful for this because I just spent the last 8 hours driving and wanted to rest. They charge a refundable deposit and I was able to get this back.

Property was extremely rundown. Extreme wear on many areas inside and outside of the rooms. Wash cloths were threadbare. Towels were stained.

The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was cold.

There was blood stained towels, the door didn’t open, TV didn’t work no WiFi, ice machine broken, the floored were so dirty my feet were black and my socks are ruined, the shower has no pressure and the whole place smells of smoke despite being nonsmoking.

No TV remote. Door handle felt like it was coming apart. Shower sucked. Other clients made a lot of noise. Bandmate found bedbugs in his bed down the hall. Police involvement with junkie. My door key stopped working, had to get that fixed. Crash bar tie wrapped, so no secure entry to the building. This place is terrible

The pool was closed the entire time. A smoke-free hotel reaked of smoke smell. Hallways dirty. All ice machines are broken. Some staff were helpful others, not so much.

It's an old motel, in need of upgrades (or demolition). The hall carpets and exterior appear shoddy. The toilet paper dispenser was fouled, so I found it and the roll of toilet paper on the floor. No effort could fix it. The faucet handle was cockeyed, but at least worked. Upon entering the room, it stunk like something rotten was inside; I opened the somewhat broken window to air it out for a while until I got used to the foul odor. The price was expensive ($185/night on Friday) due to concerts and tournaments in town (many full motels). When I asked about staying a second night on Saturday, was told the price would be $285!! Outrageous for a dumpy hotel, but the owner must think price gouging is okay when crowds flock in for a Pink concert. So I checked out and hit the road, looking for a better value, which I found about 50 miles away in Detroit Lakes!!

very sketchy motel. the hallway floors were filthy, had not been vacuumed in some time. the walls were paper thin and we could hear a lady running down the hall laughing and chasing someone. There were scary people loitering in the parking lot, and a naked man staring out the window at our vehicle. The whole motel smelled awful. It looked like people live there long term, as several windows had groceries in the window sills. The swimming pool was not in service. We were too scared to stay in the property, so we handed the keys back and said something came up. I felt bad, because usually this Motel chain does a better job than this. I didn't even ask for a refund, thought they probably needed the money.
