I had asked for a 12 pm check out and they said yes just tell the next Day people and they will help you, I asked the people in the front desk the next day and they first said yes is ok and @ 11 they were knocking on the door like they were going to break it down.

Theres a lot of space for parking.

The room card key did not work every day and had to go to office to have it rescanned and the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and got 2 pillows that were both different sizes.

Dirty floors, not enough towels for 2 people only given 1 set broken shower head (leaking) hole in bathroom door. Phone literally just there for display. Internet is horrible if you wanted decent wifi you had to pay per night. No trash can in the room. No fridge to keep our food in. And no, lastly, i was told that there was not a single room available for my disabled son, and we were placed in a non smoking section were literally 3 doors door people were smoking and I requested an early check-in and was told it was going to be an additional $40.

The best part was that the food locations around were open late.

The toliet didn't flush properly, the window didn't close all the way, there was some graffiti, and definitely needed a deep clean.

I didn't like the fact that there was only one tiny little garbage can in the whole room, no nightstand next to the bed, no floor towel to step on after getting out of the shower, one light was very, very dim, the water pressure in the sink was too high so the water shot out at such a high stream it got all over my clothes and there was a cockroach walking on the bathroom floor.

I like that it was the cheapest price for the location.

It was okay for the last minute that I need it to find a place to stay and not expensive and pet friendly but the first room they gave me it was super dirty, the second room was clean but stink like smoke and weed

No way to heat tea or coffee water in our room, no fridge, small towels, no shampoo or conditioner, in our opinion not very accommodating. The magnetic keys didn’t work and we had to get new ones every time we needed to get back into our room, very annoying.

The office staff was very nice and even called to check on our arrival. They booked us in very quickly. We got in the room and there were eyelashes stuck to the wall right above the bed. The towels weren't restocked. There was pubic hair all over the bathtub. It was late evening and we were exhausted. We just went to sleep and let them know the next morning. The response was " yeah we get a lot of complaints about our cleaner". The bed was also very hard for me to sleep on as a larger person. I could feel all the bars of the platform. The pillows were fluffy though which was nice.

I didn't feel comfortable with all the homeless wandering around, brushing there teeth in parked cars, sitting on stairs cases with their belongs in front of building. Across from us we were awoken by someone throwing their quest out! Very loud! Water valve did not work properly? Boiling hot water, hard to stay in warm? No toilet covers here usually, making it harder to shower!

I liked that we got the floor level, and we were closer to our car!
