Too many wanderers, homeless in parking at all hours of day. Didn’t feel my car was safe. Bed extremely hard. Actually woke up sore Hard to watch tv in location.

Expensive for a motel 6. PLEASE NOTE: it would appear that the city houses some of their less fortunate residents here. No one was rude or aggressive but if you're not comfortable in this environment this may not be for you.

The room was clean. Location convenient. Dogs were allowed. Quiet once someone else's dog stopped barking.

Our room got so much humidity in it that everything had a dew on it when we woke up in the am not to mention being woken up at 7am to a fire alarm going off (not the staffs fault) also the false advertisement of the pool when there was definitely not a pool so my little one was pretty upset.

The staff at the front desk was AMAZING! and I loved the fact that it was pet friendly to accommodate my puppy!

A lot of people congregating at the front desk. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful… but i felt uneasy with certain people late at night as a single woman getting my room key and number around strangers listening in.

Outdated and as i would expect in the area but accessible from the highway and well lit outside. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and dogs. AC worked. Everything was clean enough.

City using the hotel to offset the homeless shelter so there were a lot of schety people around the motel.

Good location. Central to the highway and shopping. walking distance from downtown Colchester good restaurants.

There are clearly lots of homeless people being housed here, so there's lots of sketchy people wandering around day and night. The inside of the microwave was dirty. My room was right next to an external door which was opened and closed loudly all day/night. No amenities to speak of, such as breakfast.

No major complaints about the room; the bed was warm and comfortable enough although nothing to write home about. Room did include a small refrigerator and microwave. There were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. Free coffee and tea was available in the morning but I didn't have any so I can't speak to the quality of it. Location was easy to find, right by the interstate.

Poor service was given a paper saying what we were supposed to get. Didn't receive what they said and had to keep going to the front desk for linens.

We stayed for 2 nights. For the price it costs I don't think is reasonable. We only got 2 tiny thin soaps, no shampoo or other toiletries. The room doesn't have fridge or microwave (fyi), but it's fine with us. They only have coffee for breakfast. A lady tried to get in to our room using her de activated card, found out she was checked in to that same room before us but didn't check out due to medical reason.

Location is great. Bathroom is clean. Bed is fairly comfortable.

Did not like the fact that we changed our reservation well in advance of cut off time, we were planning on staying for three days, but changed to two. However, we were charged more for the two days!!!!

Location was excellent for our trips into the city. Only got lost once, finding the motel.

The room had a very strong odor of cleaner that smelled like a public restroom. Luckily the window opened so we could air the room out. The smell never fully went away.

However, There was little or no hot water in the evening after 9:30pm. The WiFi Internet service was poor: weak, frequently dropped, and not working for two days. (Fortunately, we were within range of the WiFi service from MacDonalds across the parking lot!)

We found the room clean and comfortable. Apparently, the hotel has been recently redone. The bathroom was good.

Our only complaints were the all-night noise - banging and stomping from adjacent rooms and the one above us. Other guests were hanging out smoking and playing with RC cars right in front of the lobby so we had to dodge all that just to get in the door.

Looks like a prison dormitory as seen on TV when you enter with the boarded up reception area. It tells you a lot about the clientele this place attracts. I cannot get over how the price has climbed as other hotels have gone up. This one has done nothing to improve value for money or guest comfort!!

smallest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel chain, excessive amount of noise after 10pm, barking dog in hallway for hours???? are you kidding me!!! For over $200/night. It was obvious the hotel was putting up a combination of homeless and wayward population, while I commend this, it should be noted on the hotel booking that this is the case!
