The bathroom was dirty when I came in the evening. It stayed there the whole night. I didn’t like it.

Everything was clean in the room , and it was safe and peaceful.

The package was without breakfast. I think they should put some signage as locating the place was a bit difficult. The person in charge should be more accessible as it was very almost impossible to talk to him when you need clarification

The hotel was very good and clean, I was a little annoyed by the location because it was not correct and I had to spend 30 minutes in high temperature to find the location because it was wrong on Booking, the hotel does not have an office or staff but only online entry to the hotel is done, I waited 30 minutes outside because the hotel did not accept me entering the hotel before 15:00 and this seemed very negative to me to stand with suitcases in the middle of the street, the water in the shower was scarce, the environment in the hotel was clean, so for these reasons I give it 8 points out of 10 possible!!!

Lock on one bathroom door didn't work, so everyone used one bathroom. Batteries were dead on the remote for the TV and there was no one around to help with that on the property.

It wasn't too crowded so I felt like I had privacy. The walls and doors were good sound barriers, so I didn't hear others while in my room.

The room was a bit cold even with the heater on, the heater made a lot of noise and if there is anyone in the next room watching tv you can hear it as well.

The place is very close to the subway and you can get to the center of NYC in 20-40 minutes, depending where you want to go. Beds are very comfortable and it’s located in a quiet area.

It wasn't clear that the check in was all online without front desk. Also that a deposit needed to be paid before access to the property and last, the heater wasn't turned on. The deposit took a week to go back to my account.

It was clean and quiet. Nice minimalistic look, it served its purpose of staying for 1 night.

I didn’t like the customer service or the check in process at all. They tell you to call if your having troubles So I did because I was and they’re customer services was very rude and dry! All they kept saying was “we’ll take it up with booking.com” there did not state we couldn’t have kids but I received a 25 dollar charge for having my daughter! Mind you when I got there from taking a rest for driving she was sleep and we left first thing in the morning hours before check out! No signs stated no children on the facility. Also idk but I’m a driver so this area is not ideas for traveling with a car

The property is secured so the even if you don’t like the location the property does feel secure. The place was nice and clean you can tell the hard work that went into that property! Looks new

When I called for check in around 11, I was told that check in wasn't until the 3pm which was fine. I let the host know that I needed to use the bathroom and was told that the guest were still there. When I checked in I realized the bathrooms were shared bathrooms so he indeed could've let me use the bathroom as I waited 4 hours. After waiting 4 hours, I walk in the room and the room was dirty, they gave me used sheets with stains in them. Luckily I had my own sheets but the stay overall was okay, I don't see myself booking there again or recommending it someone else.

My room was very clean and smelled good. No unnecessary noise from the outside though the guest house is somewhat situated in the Bronx township and also by the roadside. There wasn't any physical staff to attend to me but the response system via email was swift. Very effective staff. The lady cleaner in charge of house keeping did a good job in keeping the place ready tidy and presentable
