Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesFirst thing you notice was the yard had not been mowed. Then there were spider webs all over the place. Killed a large spider in the house. Carpenter bees where in several places outside. Bottom step going to back porch is on a slight angle and could cause problems. Bottom of the back porch screen was loose. Got inside and noticed that the oven was taped shut. No advance warning on that. Very little water pressure at kitchen sink. Rest of the house had good water pressure. A couple of lights need new light bulbs Also, if you put a little too much pressure on fridge when closing, you will trip the ice maker line on and have a puddle of water in kitchen floor. I have rented several Airbnbs and never had this many problems before. I know there are several other things but figure this was enough. If they will address these issues, it will be a fantastic place to stay.
Loved the location. Could have been a very nice cabin it was mostly clean and comfortable.
