Nothing. It was a scam

There was blood on the door, not clean/ the staff was rude and told me to park my car in a private parking lot next door.

Size and location great

Dirty bathroom, no soaps or conditioner. No telephone to front desk, the hotel itself is right next to a major road, lots of traffic that was loud throughout the night. Homeless hanging out on the side by our door. No extra locks on the door,

It’s a very old property.

The floors were dirty. It needed a good sweep and mopped. The ice bucket was very dirty with hair inside of it. No liner to protect the bucket. If you flip the bucket over it had rust on the bottom side. There is barely any parking for anyone. Very small parking lot.

Monterey Bay is B-E-A-UTIFUL!!! We dropped our son off at college and had no idea how nice it was....WE ARE MOVING OUT THERE SOME HOW SOME WAY! AMEN

walking distance to my family's homes, fairly good price, has a fridge, clean

No shampoo, soap in shower (bring your own). They have the containers but they don't fill. microwave only accessible to 9pm

No extra linens, no microwave, I dont like the new soap system, the floor was dirty.

Clean enough

Sheets ripped, bed totally uncomfortable, no coffee, looks like a step up from Bates motel. Could hear people on either side banging around. Wanted to do some things in monterrey but too tired from being up all night so we went home as early as possible.

The room was spacious and clean and as expected from the advert on booking.com

It was a little way away from the main drag if you’re walking, and basic, but not a problem if you’re expecting that.

Decent motel. Good parking

Paper thin walls. People in the next room had kids who were yelling the whole time.

The room size was great and clean. The location was pretty good, I did have a vehicle so it was easy for me to get to Cannery Row etc, not sure how hard it would be to get there otherwise

No amenities in the room. The room stunk so bad I got sick after standing in the unit for less than 5 minutes! The end unit did not feel safe. I did not stay, walked in, and right back out. Asked manager for a refund. He refused because I went thru Booking.com. called them, said they would take care of it. Then I saw an email was sent to me wanting me to reach out to Inn within 12 hours. I was on the road driving for next few days. He refused me anyway. I am not going back and forth. I want a refund. I did not stay. .

I loved the location of this place it was right on Del Monte and no more than a ten minute drive from the beach, monterey bay aquarium, cannery row, old fisherman's wharf, and very close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was frendly.

The room itself was not clean, the floors were filthy, you had to wear shoes the whole time or you feet would get super dirty. The toilet was not bolted down correctly so when you sat down it would rock and move around, and it also leaked onto the bathroom floor, and the walls were super dirty there was food, dirt, that looked like it had been wiped onto the walls, and the room smelled like sewage. The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all, and the mini fridge did not get super cold at all. But the staff was friendly.

The room was filthy. Hair on walls of bathroom behind door. Bath fan doesn't work. Afraid to sleep on linens, so we slept on top of the bed with our own blankets

Location is convenient for the area.

The water pressure is always sketchy in the Monterey area. No fault of the property.
