It was a little noisy during the night being right on Munras Ave but it was fine. Small parking lot.

The check-in was quick and there is coffee and water at the reception. The pictures are very accurate; the room was clean and spacious. Room 16 even had a small ocean view in the distance.

It was very convenient to downtown Monterey and a very central to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable.

The parking spaces are a little small, the ice machine was dirty with algae at the point where the ice is dispensed, slightly odd smell in the shower.

Room was clean, free coffee available all day in the reception area, the beds were comfortable, parking included. Super low key - check out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. Did all we needed it to for 2 nights. Close to the tourist spots and trader joes.

I wish they had curtains besides just having shutters because some of the light filters through and it makes it hard to sleep at night. Maybe if they turn off the night lights after 11 PM or so it wouldn’t be so bad. The shower door was sticky, and it took some effort to get the door open to take a shower.

They have a lot of good amenities in this place. I like the fact that they have EV charging.

It’s very noisy. We had a room downstairs and we could hear the people upstairs walking, talking, etc.

There was no breakfast option, only morning coffee. Also, the room rate was quite high considering that the property was motel-style, although I realize that it is the going rate in Monterey.

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was good. Also, there was plenty of onsite parking. Lastly, the WiFi was fast and easy to connect to.

Didn’t get any answer to my multiple parking requests. Once arrived, it appeared the parking is under construction and not available. As parking is critical for most travelers, keeping them blind about such issue is unacceptable- proper communication would be very much appreciated.

Picked this based on reviews for one night in Monterey. Room was fine on 2nd floor. Clean and comfortable. And quiet. You could hear traffic but it died down. Microwave in room. And fridge. Coffee machine too. I walked to Cannery Row and back. Easy to get downtown. Parking at property.

The hotel is excellent: clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We hadn’t noticed that the check-in counter closes at 10 PM, so we’re especially grateful to the staff for kindly waiting until 10:20 PM to accommodate our late arrival, as we were on the road and unable to answer calls.
