Really liked the beach/boardwalk access. Door was extremely hard to open and close, didn't like the restaurant being at the same front location as the hotel front was. The main problem was PARKING!!! IT WAS AWFUL!!! We did enjoy staying at the Monte Carlo Boardwalk Hotel, especially the boardwalk access and the top floor pool.

Parking was a little bit of a walk for my handicapped mother in law. While there is an option to upgrade your parking it was a little more than I was comfortable with for a parking spot.

Location and the separated balconies. Staff was very friendly as well as having clean rooms.

The door would not close on its own as it should have and I had to force it closed. The shower head was terrible.

When we got into our room the dresser was broken top drawer when I went to open it, it fell apart and cut my finger I reported to front desk. Also coffee pot was broken.

The beds are soooooo uncomfortable. I stayed 3 nights and barely slept. My daughter was in the other bed and felt the same way. Replace the mattresses!!!!!

It took forever to catch the elevator. They should have at least two of them, not just one. The bathroom didn't have any towel racks or enough hooks to hang things. The room door closes entirely too slow. Parking is an issue. The designated lot for the hotel is 2 blocks away and all spaces were taken.

Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach was wonderful. Overall, everything was the perfect size for my family to be comfortable and to enjoy themselves.

Parking lot is 3 blocks away which they don’t inform you in the amenities. 3 out of 6 days we had to get our own towels & empty our own garbage.

We arrived and did not have a shower curtain. I called the front desk, and she brought me a curtain to install myself. Not the best guest care. The parking is inconvenient. There is one extremely slow elevator for the whole building. Our sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain unless you manually lifted the stopper. And, I literally pulled something in my back trying to open and close the door to our room. It needed a lot of muscle to open and close completely.

Carpet was coming up by entrance door to room causes the door not to shut properly. Had to pull door shut to make sure room was locked when leaving. The one bed had loose springs so sunk into bed a little to much.

Very slow elevator, speaker from restaurant below turned in loudly at 730 am, very close to our room. Could not turn off either of the dual shower heads. Light outside of room on patio way too bright.

The king size bed was awful! Extremely uncomfortable and the bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. Under the unfitted sheet was a plastic covering over something.
