The staff was rude- for a hotel this expensive there should be more attentive staff. Also lots of billing mistakes. Still waiting for my deposit to get given back to me No Gluten free food options at restaurant

For us we found the location just a bit far from Montauk village. This made it a bit hard to go out for meals, especially if you like an alcoholic drink. We also found the hotel a bit big; which if you’re looking for a romantic stay doesn’t offer the same level of intimacy as a smaller boutique hotel.

We loved our stay at the Yacht Club as part of our honeymoon. The hotel had excellent facilities, with a beautiful pool and lots of other fun activities that guests could enjoy during their stay. Our room was a great size with an amazing balcony looking out over the harbour. We loved the complimentary services provided by the hotel, such as a free shuttle into the Montauk main town, free bicycles and our favourite bit was the complimentary sunset boat tour over lake Montauk. This hotel is an excellent place to stay to combine exploring Montauk whilst being able to relax in luxury after a day out sightseeing. Wed definitely consider staying here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed spending our one year anniversary there. The staff made it so special especially the restaurant staff. Chateau our server as amazing, they even gave us free bottle of champagne to celebrate . Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel that is both amazing and has an amazing and happy staff

We came during the Easter weekend (off season), so not everything was up and running. Our mini bar was also empty. The breakfast market was nice but severely overpriced in our opinion. However, minor details! :)

Stunning, quiet and relaxing location. Close to nature but also easy driving distance to the villages, wineries etc. The hotel is beautiful, feels spacious, cozy and elegant. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They hosted a movie night while we were staying with s’mores and popcorn: great idea for all the kids! (And adults). The gym is very modern, with new equipment and nice facilities. Overall, we will totally come back. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

restaurant food was mediocre and over priced. Staff were inconsistent also at the restaurant.

Stunning location. Great ambience. Divine patio for evening drinks. Rooms were fabulous. Free bike rental was an added bonus. Indoor pool was beautiful. Friendly staff and we felt so safe there with children.

The location and peacefulness of the property. Early fall fire pits to end your night was a plus! Shout out to Michael our driver and Dennis from the docks who were genuine people, big hearts and were always there to help and guide us.

The food. It could be better. Again the service was great, but for how much you’re paying, the food was pretty bland. Much nicer food elsewhere for roughly the same cost. I didn’t finish one full meal there as the food was just so boring or bland

Stunning location and property. Couldn’t fault the staff nor the cleanliness and tidiness of everything. From the room to the amenities - everything is catered to you.

Drinks are very expensive.

Beautiful property. Two pools arcade shops restaurant and outside bar. A mini resort feel. Clean spacious rooms. My favorite spot in Momtauk. Expensive but worth a splurge every so often.

Air conditioning unit really loud in the room and mandatory valet parking didn't make sense when the car park is opposite the hotel. Often the valet was busy with another car so it would have been quicker to get it ourselves.

Facilities and proximity to the rest if Montauk. Maureen the concierge was the star of the show and gave great recommendations.
