Extended stay. Would have preferred service more often. Had to ask for TP and trash bags a couple of times. However they did ask if I needed anything from time to time.

As the hotel is near the highway, road noise was noticeable at night and early morning. You could hear the trains pass by, too, though not as close at the cars on the highway. The porch floor is getting worn, but there are no safety issues.

Very clean with a good-sized frig-freezer, a microwave and a small table and chairs. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Wi-fi was very fast. Staff very friendly. Towels were nice. You use a real key to get into the room.

Overall, the facility is showing its age.

You could say it's a typical motel off the beaten track. I chose it because of its distance from the railway tracks - and it paid off. It was quiet at night. The facility doesn't make the best impression from the outside, but the room was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine, TV and bathroom. Enough for one night while traveling.

The sheets were a little rough and uncomfortable and the mattress was quite firm. Would prefer one more pillow. AC blew ice cold but was rather loud. Overall kinda run down and needs new carpet and stucco everywhere, but no real complaints for the price! Would stay again if I was stuck in mojave.

Nicely appointed for an old run down motel. Desk let me get some work done, shower and basic amenities were very pleasant (shampoo, lotion, soap, nice towels) had a coffee maker and coffee, wifi was good, tap water tasted good for California, everything was clean, staff very nice. Another person staying there had the cutest freaking puppy ever.

The location isn't great as there's not a whole lot to do in the city of Mojave.

From outside the property is in need of renovation of the surfaces, looks a bit unpleasant even, but everything inside worked well, so it didn't really matter for us. Traditional metal key (only one provided) instead of a magnetic stripe or chip card system that is most common these days. In bathroom there is not so much space and therefore only a bowl with sink for washing so we had to keep our toilet bags & other stuff in the room.

Location a few hundred meters out of Mojave's services, anyway easy to walk for example for dining. The double bed room was spacious. Big flat TV set. Price.

The blackout curtains had a gap at the top that let lots of light through from the porch lights. It was a bit noisy (train and cars), but I suspect this is the quietest motel location in town.

Room was clean and things mostly worked. Bed was comfortable, though a bit light on the blankets. Staff was great.
