The only complaint we had was the bed comforters needed to be washed and there was a musty smell in the house

The home was amazing. Very clean. It is fully furnished with everything you need. I have booked a lot through booking.com and this house was the best place out family has ever stayed in. Cody's home in Pigeon Forge is a cozy gem! Spacious with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, a dining area, and a comfy living room with an electric fireplace we enjoyed during movie night. The private deck and firepit area were perfect for relaxing—and the hot tub was a total bonus! Even better, it’s tucked away for privacy, which made it even more enjoyable. Cody provided clear instructions, easy keyless entry, and even left us a basket of snacks—a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The location was ideal, set on a quiet road with private driveway parking. We felt right at home and will absolutely return when we’re in the area again!

Cody was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and great for our family of 6. The bedrooms are great, and the kitchen has plenty of space. Highly recommended!

I liked everything.

The property is in a wonderful location. It’s so close to everything and easy to find with no steep roads to navigate. It has comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, a ramp leading to the front door, and a deck out the back door.

Can’t say we had any problems with the home

House was very nice. Nice back deck to sit and relax and watch the kids play in the backyard. Coffee bar stocked with coffee. Soap and toilet paper were hear towels and wash rags. Great location to attractions

Didn't like the fact that it's located next to a cemetery. It would be more people friendly if it had a spa and/or pool.

It was a great location. Very easy to get to with no steep roads. Very convenient for our event at the LeConte Center for a Youth Church Conference. We all thought it was so cute in the inside! Plenty of coffee, a large variety of cooking supplies in the kitchen, detergent pods to get us started, plenty of blankets….and jt was very clean! I would love to stay here again!
