Pillows need to be changed out and have some better support, a partial refund would've been nice since we had a family emergency and had to leave 2 days early but not really going to harp on that. Overall excellent and I highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful, and looks just like the photos!! Mona is an amazing host, we got to see dolphins, manatees and a shark from our balcony it was so cool! The condo is very nice, very clean and quiet we loved our time here, and can't wait to come back next year!!

I recently stayed at an incredible waterfront property in Miami Beach, and it was the perfect weekend getaway. The moment I walked in, I was immediately taken aback by the stunning views of the water and the Miami skyline—absolutely breathtaking! The location couldn't have been better, offering both tranquility and proximity to all the excitement of Miami Beach. The highlight of the property for me was the amazing kitchen. While I don't cook, I could certainly appreciate how beautiful and well-equipped it was. It featured sleek, high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and an open layout that made it perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the view while lounging in the adjacent living area. The property itself is spacious, modern, and tastefully designed. The sliding glass door let in tons of natural light, and the outdoor area, complete with a waterfront balcony, was ideal for enjoying the sunset or relaxing by the water. It really felt like a luxurious retreat. Additionally, the owner was fantastic to work with—extremely responsive and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed, and any questions I had were answered quickly, making the entire experience seamless. This waterfront property truly made my stay in Miami Beach unforgettable. Whether you're looking to relax or enjoy the beauty of the area, I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the apartment from the very moment we opened the door! Everything was eaxctly as you can see it in the photos: light colours, comfortable furniture, a very well-equipped kitchen (we really loved that there was evreything you need when you are travelling like salt, pepper, oil, coffee etc. etc. - we found that so much better than in other apartments we stayed in) and a comfortable bed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we spent like hours just sitting and watching ... Communication with Mona was great and she gave us so many great tips on nearby restaurants, shops, beaches and so on - we aprreciated that very much. Thank you, Mona, for a wonderful stay in Miami.

The apartment was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! It looked just as the pictured described and was SUPER clean! The hostess even provided things that people often forget during travel. The view from the balcony was relaxing.

I brought my boyfriend here for father's day weekend. And we absolutely enjoyed everything. Everything is close by not too far drive for anything. Collins Ave is about 5-10 min drive away and the view from the balcony was just as amazing as the pictures. I would absolutely stay here again.

Tiny, tiny issues with the two living room lamps (how to turn them off) the air conditioners worked well but made very whiney noises, and the electric plugs next to the beds were hard to plug in to. VERY minor issues, a little maintenance which is VERY normal for any property.

The facility and the staff were excellent.
