The best part of this hotel was the location, that was about all it has going for it.

The beds were cheap and way too firm, the "hot breakfast" was bagels, toast and a waffle maker. When I get "hot breakfast" advertised I imagine there's more to it than what was provided. Tried the apple juice and orange juice and both had a taste of fermentation to it. Decided to drink the water instead and that also had a tinge of a nasty taste to it. My husband got locked out of the room for nearly 2 hours because there was no one at the front desk to accommodate him. The walls were very thin to the point that if you stayed silent you could clearly hear all the talking in the room next door. When it came to the bathroom I used it to urinate then turned to wash my hands in the sink and as soon as I turned to wash my hands in the sink upon turning on the sink and the water turned instantly yellow. The same color yellow that I had used had in the toilet. The "express checkout" wasn't my favorite either. If there was a way of making sure my keycard wouldn't be taken by someone other than an employee I would be okay with it. But that's not the case. Its fully accessible to anyone who walks by. Never received a bill on my way out so I figured that they would be emailing it to me. I was incorrect. I plan on stopping by today to pick one up. Cause when the site informed me I would pay $257.52 and they charged me an extra $100 and claimed I would be receiving it in 7 days even though there were 2 transactions. One for $257.52 and the other for the $100 hold. The hold was removed from my bank account but the charge remained the same with no refund. When I called about it first they "couldn't find me in the system" then he tried to tell me that it appeared that I had cancelled my reservation. It seems pretty obvious from this review that I had not. Overall this is a shady place and ran very poorly. Would not recommend.

Stay was good. The room was clean. The beds were hard and not comfortable to my liking. Loved the outside games.... Cornhole, volleyball, basketball & pool (too cold to get in the pool but looked clean). We will stay again.

The place was old and run down. The rooms were dirty. The bed were extremely uncomfortable. The free “breakfast” was nasty. My keys deactivated multiple times a day and they were no where near my phone. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and pot smoke.

Had coffee machine and coffee. No mugs. One glass for 3 people. Had a microwave but would never use it. Was dirty! Tub didn’t drain. Batteries in remote for tv were dead. Luckily we had our own.

The staff was friendly.

The rooms were aged, the bathroom did not appear to be fully cleaned from the last stay. The toilet had the protective seal however there was still waste in the toilet. The continental breakfast offered a solid brick of cream cheese to be self served by guests, the bagels and muffins had no tongs to self served. The coffee machines are extremely aged. Hotel management is unresponsive to both myself and booking.com.

How close it was to other attractions

I was lied to and placed in a room that was less than what I paid for and booked. Since we were there for one day - i did not argue as it would have ruined everyone's time. However, it was not the room I booked, didnt have the amenities I expected per the room I booked, incomplete toiletries and no shower curtain - that I had to ask for and install myself. Unacceptable. I travel often for a huge company and know what I should have received. Treat every guest as high priority and don't lie to them - it could bite you like it did here. Will not be using this place again or recommending it.

Worker charged my card 3 times and claimed it was declined and didn’t tell me that the first time. Still hasn’t received my deposit back yet it’s been a week. Room card key had to be reset multiple times. No one was ever at the desk, was no soap shampoo or lotion in the room, had to supply my own, bathtub was dirty. Tv didn’t work. You had to use your own stream account.

Please work on the breakfast choices. All carbs!

The room.was ok. I could not understand the check in person. Not enouh towels in room. Wifi password not provided at check in. No cups in room. Roku tv, no cable. Hole in bathtub. Don't expect anything for breakfast.

Paid way too much for quality of motel.

My family and I enjoyed the corn hole game and volley ball. We didn’t use the pool, but it seemed that other guessed enjoyed it.

Dirty linens, holes in walls in two of our rooms. The shower water pressure was pretty terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff didn’t seem to be overly troubled by the fact we had complaints about the dirty linens and such.

Very unclean. Smelled strongly of marijuana and humidity. There was water damage on the wall. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The carpet felt dirty and the bathroom had visible dirt and grime.

So actually, our group had 8 rooms there last weekend. There were definitely cars in the parking lot, it was actually packed. We decided to stay here based on the price and knew what we were getting for a weekend, in August in LG. Honestly, it was fine. It was clean and the rooms were huge and convenient to where we wanted to be. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but like most of the hotels in LG I wouldn't stay a second time.
