Only complaint was the toilet was a bit slow and finicky to flush.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Only hot item was Waffles. We ended up going out for breakfast. I would not even call what was there "Continental" . The rooms were a good size, however the bathrooms were extremely small. We had 4 rooms in our group. Only one shower had a decent showerhead. Two out of the 4 rooms the TV's didnt work. Dont expect any housekeeping the rooms were not touched the next day. We had to share towels. The rooms could have been cleaner. Dont try to call the front desk on the phone they dont answer.

The Location is good. Thats about it. It is sad we stayed there many years ago and it was much better

Front office staff didn't speak English. It was very hard to check in or check out. They were rude when they did try to converse with you. You couldn't get them to come to the front desk even after ringing bell several times.

Noisy street

Staff pleasant and helpful. Room updated and clean. Good location to my activity and meal options. Heating AC unit noisy, but luckily wasn't a necessity during my stay. Unfortunately on a busy street with truck travel. Not something facility can control.

Our sheets were stained. It looked like grease that they couldn't clean from the sheets. There was a previous guest's hair in the shower. There was very little water pressure for the shower. The breakfast was all carbs, bagel,toast, and waffle, so we ate breakfast at a Cracker Barrel about a mile away. I probably won't stay here again.

The employee at the front desk, when we checked in, was very kind and helpful. The price was reasonable. The bed was comfortable enough for the price. It had a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The locks in the rooms were terrible, and we could not get into the room. The bathroom felt like it locked us in.We couldn't figure out how to get out of it. It couldn't find anyone to help us. The breakfast did not have much as it was advertised.. Some of the things we were told we would receive were not given, such as a crib in the room and coffee maker that was supposed to be a keurig

The breakfast was very bare. Needs to be better. I wouldn't call that a continental breakfast. If all u need is juice, coffee, cereal and a waffle, then you will be satisfied. I expected a lil more. I've stayed at other Quality Inns before.

It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room and make sure everything in the bathroom area was dusted properly.

Stairs but no elevator. Older style from outside, so poor curb appeal. Inside was nicely remodeled and clean.

The room only had enough towels for 2 people and it was late when we arrived so we did not pursue getting more at that time, there were 3 of us. Main disappointment was the breakfast options were slim and closed at 9AM, which we felt were way too early to cease. Other patrons were also complaining about the food options.

The tv had streaming services and the internet did not work very well. It would play for a short time, the freeze. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but the pillows were not plush at all.

The bathroom sink faucet is one I would never pick to purchase since it splashes on you when using it and the shower doesn't have much water pressure, but other than that, the room was very nice and clean.

The location is very convenient to the attractions in Lancaster and the scenery is beautiful. It was nice and quiet surrounding.
