Staff were not really around but when I saw them they were friendly. The breakfast in morning is not the best but better than nothing

It was concerning that when I went to check in that they had to make sure nobody was in my room cause they thought someone had already checked in under my name Also you couldn't get the shower to switch to just run water in the tub I'm not sure about the bed cause I paid for a king but it seemed kinda small compared to the hotels I've stayed in that had bigger king size beds

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel even though they have it but i think its mostly breakfast bars but I did like that it's pet friendly and you don't have to pay a deposit or extra for pets it had a small pool but I didn't use it I wasn't there long enough to It's right off i90 so it's easy to find

During my stay, I experienced ongoing noise disturbances from a neighboring room due to a crying baby. I initially requested assistance in addressing the issue, but despite efforts to relocate the occupants to another room, the noise continued. Unfortunately, the situation remained unresolved, affecting my ability to fully enjoy my stay.

Overall not thatbad exept for a bad experience.

Very dark off of the highway, no elevator, set up in the room didn't make sense, it was freezing in the room and it was a suite. no coffee in the room

Bathroom still had hair in the corners duvet blankets in between sheets were all stain, yellow, and dirty looking duvet covers were even placed on to the cover didn’t get any room service in between days had to ask for extra towels, stripped all of our own blankets. Got new blankets. Those also were the same then question why i stripped my bed. Complementary breakfast was not what you would think a complementary breakfast is. It was hard boiled eggs, and breakfast bars. Hallways were extremely cold.

Beds were comfortable let us have a late check out.

The price and the lack of any vending machines so there's nothing for you to really grab to eat unless you go to a fastfood place an exit I er or country fair down the street.

It was somewhere to sleep and be warm for Christmas eve and day. The price is a bit much for what you get .. THey do serve a great cooked breakfast only on the weekends though and during the week donuts and cereal bars if you get there early enough.

The room wasn’t clean at all, the floors were dirty, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, the tub hadn’t been scrubbed, the tv didn’t have an outlet to plug in.

It was close to the highway.

My room’s bed making wasn’t completed when I checked in. Room was renovated but old. Soap was terrible. Towels were very old. Near high way and noisy while night. Can hear people talk. I couldn’t sleep both nights.
