The only thing that would have improved it for me was if I could have a fan running the whole time instead of the a/c kicking on loudly when it got above temp. That's a nit picky detail, but my preference.

Staff was friendly, motel was easy to find. Rooms were cute, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the market across the street. Overall great stay at a great price.

It was fine for our need , a short stop on our way up the road. Air conditioner was very loud , needs an update to a split system.

Having small coffee pots in the rooms would be nice but having fresh coffee avaliable in the office reception room each morning is a big plus for guests. Thank you!

Well maintained and always very nice staff, a very welcome stop on the road and haven in storms, near downtown Milford, Grey Towers, and hiking in the Delaware Water Gap.. I have frequently made it a first night destination on long road trips to the Hudson River Valley and upstate New York, or the Poconos. Very appreciative. The carved animals out front are a big plus and the trees on the property and in view out the back windows of the rooms very nice. And you can park right by your room and all on one level for easy in and out and security. Right on a state road with close access to NY and NJ thru ways. Small refrigerators and a cafe table and chairs in the rooms. I love staying there.

There’s nothing not to like as long as you are prepared for it not to be fancy. I’m not a fan of microfiber sheets, but I’m picky like that.

Basic but very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, there is a good basic local restaurant right across the street. After driving all day that was a godsend!!

Everything was fine. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever.

We came from a festival not far from this location. We actually got in the room and crashed out for the entire time. We might have an event near by again soon and we would stay there again.

There was definitely something in the air in my room that was bothering me. Was coughing at times throughout the night; that started after I had checked in, and ended after I left. The AC units could also do with features of turning on right away when you program them, and not waiting hours to do so.

Was What it advertised, just what was needed for a one night stay between traveling. Clean beds, decent amount of TV channels to choose from, friendly staff.

Kind of smallish!

Best budget motel I've ever stayed in, an old-timey winner. Although the room was kind of small, it was very clean, with nice seating, bedding and carpeting, great lighting, a TV that actually works, a fridge, sparkling bathroom fixtures, convenient parking. Also, a mention about the vast lawn out front, with rustic wood carvings (a bear, eagles); and pretty much out of range of Route 6 traffic noise. The operator knows what people want. All this, and a short drive east to the classic shiny "Village Diner".

No coffee pot in the room or even in the lobby. For the price, I feel.they could at least provide coffee. The night clerk was very pleasant. We were a late check-in, as we needed a place forn1 night. Owner was slightly rude when we checked out.

The room smells like someone smoked a lot I it I couldn't sleep because it was affecting my breathing I asmatic my son was coughing from the smell as well I found a lighter on the sofa that they padded with a piece of plywood. And the pillows were so hard I didn't sleep at all it was just not good.
